Typically prefer a non-chain place for my pizza. However, Domino’s is convenient, consistent, and great value for your money. I have visited this location more than several times in the past few months and despite them always being busy, everyone is still recitative, nice and welcoming. This is a fast casual chain – I’m not expecting a Michelin star meal. But they do it well and I have never had any problems with my orders. Will definitely continue to order from the store.
Further, today is the first day most roads are clear enough for people to drive around in after the snow so of course there were many orders to fulfill. But despite that I felt that they were still quick and efficient. Thank you all for your help today!

Order the pizza online to get delivered to my address. The pizza I received was not the pizza that I ordered. I called and was asked to email a picture of the pizza I got which I had trouble doing so I sent that picture to the managers cell phone. She was very kind and said yes I got the wrong pizza that she would have it remade and send it to me. She then offered me a complimentary item in which I chose a drink. The second pizza was delivered and still was wrong. My first ingredient is pepperoni and there are no pepperonis on my pizza. I also didn’t receive a complimentary drink. I wish I had opted for a refund because whoever is making the pizza needs to slow down and actually read.

Staying at hotel 1.5 miles away. Ordered online. Tracking said pizza was in oven at 653pm. Was supposed to be delivered by 735. Tracker kept saying driver was 13 minutes out and every time it counted down it restarted at 13 minutes again. Did this 4 times. Pizza delivered at 806pm. Pizza was not good. Way too much sauce…and I usually like a saucy pizza but this was bad. Sauce tasted like jarred marinara.

Absolutely the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had — and easily one of the most unprofessional customer interactions I’ve encountered anywhere.
I placed an order and after 90 minutes with no update, I called to politely check in. Instead of any basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive, “It’s a busy night, so maybe wait another hour.” When I asked to cancel the order, they casually told me they’d get around to it later today… or tomorrow, as if customer time and money mean nothing to them.
I asked for confirmation of cancellation and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. When I called back, the manager answered with “What’s your problem?” — not an apology, not a solution — just hostility. When I again requested a cancellation, she questioned whether I lived locally and proceeded to sarcastically mock me for wanting my money back, acting as if losing my business was laughable. No remorse, no ownership, no professionalism. Just cold, mean-spirited treatment.

I ordered here for the first time tonight with my friend Blair ( for reference if corporate or the owner check the order was put under her name ) had the worst service from the store manager. She was progressively rude from the sending me over to the website to order if I wanted to use a coupon to telling me that I was wrong about my pizza being undercooked and not budging when I asked that it be remade. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I wanted the pizza, but you can see in the photos that it was undercooked and extremely doughy. Another thing is I made a mistake and didn’t know pan pizza was thick fluffy (supposed to be fluffy) crust. I feel dumb for this but I thought it was closer to a thin crust so when I called and said it was undercooked and I made the mistake of thinking I ordered thin crust she said she’d remake it for a discounted price. I finally said I would appreciate a refund or a replacement it isn’t because of the thin crust mistake I made, the pizza is truly undercooked. She told me that’s how pan pizza is. And I hope corporate hears her because she was unreasonable and got me fired up about this because I felt like she was saying I am a liar for saying the pizza is undercooked. She was so rude that I didn’t want it remade even if she had decided to change her mind & be decent.t I literally felt like I was having to convince her that my pizza needed to be remade I would be too afraid of her contaminating it purposefully. I cannot believe this manager was telling me the customer that she didn’t care about my satisfaction with the quality of food. She obviously doesn’t care about customer service or retention.
I got off the phone upset: 5 minutes later I get a notification that the order has been cancelled. So she decided to be decent-ish and give back my money but didn’t call to tell me or anything. The dough is all the junk on the side of the plate, the pizza is deformed from my DIY THIN CRUST

Pizza from here is always really good. Sometimes the chicken is burnt when we order it but it is ok. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

This review is for Sunday afternoon on 10/23. They have only two people working at this location during this time. I ordered 3 pizzas and requested one of them to be half cheese and the other half to have black olives and jalapeños but look at the pic and see for ur self. One of the order was for cheese with square cut because it’s easy to eat for young kids but again look at the pic and tell me if that’s a square cut and it wasn’t even cut properly. When I went to complain they said it will take another 20 mins if I wanted another pizza. No apology nothing and no feeling sorry that they messed up my order.

I ordered cheese sticks, a pizza, a couple of extra marinara’s and garlic and a 2 L. It took over an hour to get the food. Thank you Bryce for the food check! The quality was garbage. I literally have never seen cheese sticks that look like this. There was no barbecue sauce on the crust. I didn’t get any of my sauces. I didn’t get my 2 L. But I got three drinks that was shook up. I waited for over an hour for the cold meal. And I was waiting to tip. The guy cash and nobody ever knocked. Then I get my food, and it was all destroyed and gross.

Made a dominos order but never delivered. Gave clear instructions that I was staying in a hotel and I would be in the lobby. Never showed and they continued to mark it as delivered. Would appreciate my payment refunded of $46.60 with tip included.
