If I could give no stars I would. I called to let them know that 2 out of the 3 pies we ordered were dry and overcooked. The guy who answered (didn’t catch his name) literally put the phone down and hung up on me without saying anything.
When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager, which felt like a lie and was incredibly unprofessional.
Customer feedback shouldn’t be treated this way. Please hire and train people who actually care about customers instead of brushing them off.

This location needs to do a quality check on their oven. The pizzas are constantly dry and overcooked- every single time. Due to them overcooked the sauce is dried out leaving mostly bread, the crust hard and the cheese dark brown crunchy when reheated.

Ordered 2 pepperoni, 2 cheese pizzas and cinnamon twists.
Everything was hot, ready on time for pickup and tasted great when I got it home.
We will be ordering there soon.

I placed my order online for pick up at the pick up window. When I arrived I was told my order was coming out of the oven. 5min later someone else came to the window and told me again my order was just coming out of the oven. Another 15min goes by and they tried to give me someone else’s order, then when I told them that was not mine and what my name was I was told again for the third time that my order was just finishing up in the over. At this point I had waited over 30min for my order and had gone inside to find that my order was sitting on the shelf. Once I got home I discovered that the cinnamon twist were not cooked all the way and there was hair on them. Very dissatisfied

Decided to order some Domino’s. Got a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra sauce, and 8pc plain wings. but it still felt like a normal amount of sauce. I have gotten extra sauce from other Domino’s. Nevertheless, the pizza and wings were still good.

I stopped ordering from Dominoes due to a horrible experience at the Carter Ranch location. I decided to try the Founders location and boy am I glad I did. The pizza is perfect everytime and CLAYTON is always very friendly, polite and professional. Due to Clayton and the Founders team we will keep ordering ONLY from this location. Thank you Clayton!!
