Had difficulty placing order online. When I called the store the employee that answered the phone acted like he had no clue about anything. The only thing he seemed to know was that he couldn’t/wouldn’t give me the same prices for the items that I was ordering as they were priced on the website.
I understand that getting better discounts online is part of the perks for ordering online, however when the customer has wasted 2 hours trying to place an order online the customer should be given the discounts that would have been given online, if not more for the inconvenience and remaining a loyal customer.
In the least maybe a coupon for a free pizza or other item of the customers choice, not to exceed the highest price of one item on the current order,, that could be used on the customers next order.

I put my order in for drive thru pickup and the employees just looked at me and ignored that I was there and never came to the window. I had to go inside and then the employees was VERY rude bout helping me even tho the order was ready and paid for already. There was two guys working one was extremely dirty and was NOT using gloves and hair all over the place and filled with dirty grease. The other male employees just kept saying I would get help when they wasn’t busy. Like it was gonna take more then literally two seconds to hand me my order. By far the worst employees here in town!!!

Typically love this dominos, BUT I ordered a pizza and a cookie brownie today. They ran out of the dessert we ordered and swapped it. Waited 30+ minutes in the drive through. Got home finally and the first piece of pizza I pull out has a FULL HAIR baked into it. Lady on the phone, I believe ‘Sam’ was her name, was rude from the start when I told her what happened. Offered a refund snarkily and when we asked them to remake it wearing a hairnet her response was ‘you dont have to be so rude’. Ma’am you just served me a biohazard I am not exactly thrilled.

Late night pizza run.. teens wanted pizza and Dominoes was still open! We got a large pepperoni and it was REALLY good.. not to mention, they were very nice considering we were ordering so late!! Thank you again!

Had a pick up order that was $54 and some change. Went to go pick it up because it was ready. When I go to pay for the food I give them a $100. I know drivers can’t break anything over $50 but it’s the store should be no problem. But they told me they didn’t have any change to give back to me. Genuinely confused as to why the store would not have extra money in the drawers or a manager that would be able to break bills. You couldn’t give me back $46. A corporate company??
