My first job ever was working for Dominos in 2003 and I’ve always given them the priority before ordering any other pizza delivery, but I’m going to have to figure something else out. I understand being busy, but saying the max delivery time on the app is 35 minutes and getting your order over an hour and a half later is wild. It’s not a one time thing, it’s consistent. I’ve never received an order when the app said it would be here at this location and I’m just done. Also, do not even think about calling the store directly to see when your order is actually going to arrive. This place actually sucks.

We placed an order that never arrived. The manager told us he couldn’t process a refund but promised we’d get full credit for the amount we paid. Annoying, but whatever — we accepted it.
When we called back to use the credit, suddenly it was only worth one medium one-topping pizza. The manager first claimed there was “no record” of our order… then immediately switched stories and said he remembered it from a month ago and that it was our fault for not answering the driver.
I did answer the driver. She couldn’t find the house. The manager then hung up on me without a resolution.
So: no food, no refund, no actual credit, and then getting blamed for their mistake and hung up on. Just unnecessarily frustrating and really unprofessional.

Ordered pizza thru app at 6:35pm. Got update driver left store at 7:25pm. After my delivery eta changed for the second time with the new updated 8:12pm eta, I called the store and canceled the order. App did not reflect an extended delivery time when ordering. It sucks because it’s great pizza, but I am not gonna pay $30 for semi warm pizza. Perhaps they need to hire more delivery drivers especially on the weekends. I will pick up in store if I decide to order in the future.

Worse pizza ever!! Cheese was so sparse it barley went over 1/4 of the pizza, ordered sausage and onion and there was literally 1 tiny piece of causal on each slice crust was about 3” thick and no sauce or cheese on crust. – horrible !! I wish I had taken a picture

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life, the app never works they always say ready and then when you get there the food is not ready or they haven’t made it yet. Always backed up and then when you question them they have attitudes and brush it off as it’s no big deal. The cashier people don’t know how to communicate and the fact they have 20 people working at one time and it’s a problem every time you go to this location is insane. Poor management. The owner to this dominos needs to do a better job at hiring people or at least get their employees under control!!! Very sad

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I tried to place an order online about 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night, but the system would not allow me to. I then called the store directly to place my order, only to be told that they “didn’t have access” to do that either. This makes no sense and feels misleading, as it was clear they had simply stopped accepting orders before closing.
What’s most frustrating is not just that my order was refused, but the fact that I was given an excuse that didn’t add up. I’ve never heard of a pizza place flat-out refusing both online and phone orders when they are still open. Customers deserve honesty and consistency, not to be turned away under a false pretense.

Pizzas are nothing like seen in TV ads. Very few ingredients. Plus, paid for extra cheese and barely had any cheese on 5 different pizzas. None of the pizzas appeared appetizing— dry and very skimpy. Very disappointed in the quality of food.

My mother order eight pizzas for a party. As soon as she clicked the button to place the order, she realized she forgot to specify the time and so she immediately called the restaurant to ask them if they could just push back making the pizzas. The lady said 5 were already made and there was nothing she could do. My mother was very nice and asked her if she could just cancel the order and forget about it and the lady put her on hold. When the lady finally returned to the phone, she told my mother that she had already refunded her and that she has other pizzas to make and to have a nice day. Without letting my mother even speak. She hung up very quickly on my mom without letting her get a word in.
