This is the second time we’ve ordered from dominos in Elk City Oklahoma. The first time the pizza was so greasy we couldn’t eat it. They said it would be noted. NEVER was! So we lost that money! Tried again and the driver said she was on 7 th street we told her how to get to our apartment and she told us that she could NOT deliver if the address was NOT the right address! She did NOT even try to find us. She was VERY HATEFUL! Called back in to discuss the matter with management and he hung up on us. Then when we called back he gave us the B button! Money was returned but we are pissed at Dominos! We will be sure to let Elk City Oklahoma rants and raves hear about this! We are NOT the only people in Elk City Oklahoma that has had trouble with them! Thank you and have a blessed day.

I called to place a carry out order and the call is routed through the Philippines. They wanted me to pay with a card in order to place the order. Plus I couldn’t hardly understand them. Why do I have to call the Philippines to place an order at domino’s? That’s messed up. That’s how people have their card information stolen. Someone should look into this.

Sharp looking store and super clean, including restrooms. Quick carry out and the guy behind the counter even opened the door for me. I’m not a chain restraunt fan, but love Dominoes because of their friendly hospitality.

We’re out-of-towners staying at a hotel. We ordered for pickup. They were courteous over the phone. They have the nicest and cleanest Domino’s store I’ve ever seen.
Now the pizza! Fantastic! Nice crisp on the bottom and fluffy crust.
I didn’t catch the managers name but he and staff were great.

The lady working was very condescending and giggled when my card was declined through no fault of my own. I went to ATM next door and withdrew money to pay for it with no problem. The baked marinara dip seemed as if half of it was missing, it didn’t even cover the bottom of the foil container they serve it in. See picture.

Passing through the town… I was really impressive with the pizza. Very good quality compared to dominos in busy areas, nevermind a tiny town. A nice surprise and a great meal to eat in the hotel bed after driving all day. The staff were nice and the place was super clean. I would recommend it for sure.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our motel room. Sleep Inn and Suites Elk City. The woman taking our call couldn’t find the motel on their delivery route. Their delivery driver Seth got on the phone and knew exactly where we were. BIG SHOUT OUT TO SETH.

Extremely greasy first time it was a bad pizza it’s so greasy I got sick from eating it !!! Very disappointed. Today July 2still no respond from this horrible food experience… I haven’t been back since !!! So we are on months now I haven’t returned or received a response to my review !! I went from loving the pizza to being beyond disappointed!!! I guess they don’t care if they loose customers or not
