Put on hold AFTER calling 5 times to ask for my pizza to be redone… I got ONE piece of chicken per slice of pizza. Yet I paid to add chicken. AND the pizza was undercooked. It was doughy and gooey. I’m so grossed out. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this dominos, and the first time about customer service. The delivery drivers are always kind and one of the managers is kind as well. But wow, I am disappointed. I order here a lot, and usually keep my minor complaints to myself. But undercooked food and one piece of something I paid EXTRA for- is not okay. Plus constantly being placed on hold then they just never come back… I took it to corporate.
The photos I added are the one piece of chicken per slice, and the dough is without any cheese to show how stretchy and gooey it is.

Ordered two large pizzas on the special the New York slice pepperoni pineapple was good however, the pepperoni mushroom hand tossed was bad and had no cheese on it. It basically looked like it may have been dropped and thrown in the oven anyways due to either laziness and or a busy store. We also called numerous times and call was dropped each and every time by whomever was handling the phones this evening.

When I finally got the pizza, the main topping (chicken) was completely missing. Went back, showed receipt, asked politely for a refund since I had no time to wait. Instead of handling it professionally, staff were dismissive, rude, and even trashed the pizza in front of me.
Refund process was unclear, no proper receipt given, and when I requested polite communication, it escalated further — ending with staff yelling inappropriate language at me.
Very disappointing experience, poor food handling, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Definitely needs serious improvement.

Ordered on the app. We are just outside of town it’s maybe 15 minutes. Tried papa John’s we were out of the delivery zone so I tried dominos and it said they would deliver to our house. Excellent I didn’t feel great and was excited someone would deliver. I ordered and had a cash tip ready for the driver for driving a little ways out. Order goes through and says our driver is on the way. Maybe 5 or so minutes later I get a call. The lady on the phone said you are out of our delivery zone, I don’t know how you ordered but we can’t deliver. Keep in mind I have tried other places and will get the you’re outside of our delivery zone so it’s not my address. I felt the lady on the other end had an attitude and did not want to help other than me coming to get the pizzas. She said they’ve never had anyone order out from my area just outside of springer by the drag strip. Which I don’t know sounded weird to me that no one had ever tried. Anyways I said uh ok well I’ll just come get it then. Thankfully I could, didn’t feel great but already spent the money. Get there and I feel that I am very much not welcomed and giving off rude vibes in my opinion by who I assumed was the lady who called. My food had been sitting the entire time so by the time I got back to my home it wasn’t even warm anymore. We won’t be back ever after this. I could have gotten over the not delivering but the attitude and rudeness I felt towards me was enough to not want to go back. I would also just like to know how I was able to order on the app if they didn’t deliver to my address when no other company has a problem saying you’re outside the delivery zone? It was just very weird all around.

After a long day at work and finally getting back home is when I realize I was truly starving so I put in an order for two pizzas and a liter of Dr.Pepper and right before I know it Dustin is at the door with our pizza dropping it off. Super nice and quick job my savior for the night!

Ordered delivery and got our food. Missing drinks and sauce, called up there and the lady was very kind and said she would have him bring them to us. Called again just to see if he was on the way and a man answered, said his delivery driver, Christopher, dropped it off and I explained he did not. Argued with me over 2 20z drinks and 6 sauces. What happened to customer service? The driver was begging for a tip as well before we even had an opportunity to give it to him. Do better.

My food wasn’t ready after it alerted me it was i had to wait 8 minutes at the window with cars honking behind me and yelling , I had 4 different employees come ask me the name on the order , then I had a known method user employee yell at me call me foul names and slam the window in my face and then when I got my food the employee refused to give it to me after I paid for it and when I asked for the manager they refused and I told them I would call corporate they said good luck they won’t do anything about it and laughed at me and said they don’t have a corporate number and they over charged me 11 dollars on my order

Food was descent but they seem to expect a tip up front before the food is delivered and they use psychilogic shaming when it isnt. I was going to tip with cash but with the attitude of the delivery driver and their use of shaming technics I dont think so. At least I got all my food this time.
