This has got to be the worst dominoes you could ever go to. Every time i go there they mess something up, absolutely ZERO attention to detail. In the last 2 weeks I’ve been 3 times, the first time was a larger order3 pizzas and some extras, they completely forgot to make 1 pizza, so i sat and waited for them to make it… only for them to make it wrong, they added bell peppers and I’m allergic to bell peppers. So i had to wait for them to make it again, was there a total of 45 minutes.
The Second time i went, i ordered the same pizza but only 1, flat crust cut into pie slices so it is easier to count calories. AGAIN they added bell peppers and cut it into squares… like i said im allergic to bell peppers so i had to sit and wait for them to make it correctly.
The third time my wife went tonight, (the thin crust is an easy low calorie hack) and like i said we order it to be pie cut into 8 slices so its easier to count calories… and they cut it into squares.
It might seem minor especially the last one, it’s just the fact that clearly no one at this location gives a crap about doing their job correctly. Management is a joke, not one of these times did the manager come and address the issue, he just sent his associates back out to handle the issue.
Apart from one driver there who helped at the window that actually had great customer service. This entire location is a JOKE. Don’t expect your food to be correct, especially if you have allergies.

The pizza itself tasted great—fresh ingredients and the flavor was on point. However, the presentation and cutting left a lot to be desired. The pizza was partially burnt in some areas, and the slices were wildly uneven. One slice was tiny while another was oversized, making it frustrating to share and enjoy. It was just a standard medium pizza, so I expected a more consistent cut. I’d recommend the team take a little more care with slicing—presentation matters too!

Driver either threw pizzas down or dropped them. Stacked them at the door to where they’d be knocked over upon opening the door. Starting to see problems out of this otherwise good dominoes. This definitely isn’t the first time pizzas have been stacked where we can’t open the door.

We’ve been ordering from this location for close to 2 years now. The delivery time is consistently timely which to me is a testament to current management and the drivers are friendly. We were ordering from a competitor that consistently exceeded projected delivery times by 30+ minutes or couldn’t find our house altogether. Yes as some reviews stated, sometimes the efficient delivery comes with pizzas that aren’t cut completely through the depth of the crust yet we have found can be easily separated with one’s hands. Fast food pizza that’s actually FAST and with 6.99 specials or coupons, it’s affordable.

Worst pizza delivery I’ve ever experienced. Tossed on the ground on a shared sidewalk. I leave tables and chairs in front or near my door and have never had this happen. The lady that delivered literally threw it on the ground where I share a sidewalk with a neighbor… I will never order again!!

usually it’s always really good but this time my bread twists were so tiny literally not much bigger than a quarter as pictured. it wouldn’t bother me if it was just a side but this is all i had ordered. and for $10 for 8 twists yeah i’m gonna complain lol. i’ve gotten the twists many other times and they’re supposed to be much bigger than that & have been every other time i’ve gotten them.

Walked in here for the first time, and I definitely felt like I was not even there. No one greeted me. No one said hi no one said welcome not even eye contact. I was standing by the register. Three people came by and not one word. As a person who’s in customer service for over 20 years you would think that I will be created or felt welcomed. Yea, That definitely wasn’t the case. The pizza was good. The pasta was good as well. But It just felt like they didn’t wanna help me take my order.
