I ordered two LARGE pizzas for pickup. I looked at the pizza cooking pans on the wall and saw the familiar representations of small, medium and large. What was on the wall would not fit in the so called “Large” boxes that I received. I got charged $44.24 for 8 wings, and two medium pizzas (Deluxe and Hawaiian and received 2 medium pizzas and 8 slimy wings. The wings were covered with this creamy garlic sauce (Nasty) and I managed to finish them. The pizzas were cold and the pizza sauce was very sugary. At least they were well done and we didn’t get sick. This fed 3 of us. Enjoy! Domino’s because way back when I was an assistant manager of Domino’s we took pride in our work. Stop sweetening the sauce. I won’t be back.

Placed an order and delivery guy never came to my door. I called the restaurant and asked where he was because the app showed him to be back at the store. The lady stated the driver knocked on my door 3 times. No answer so he left. The store nor driver called me to let me know they could not find the gated community I left them the code for. No one gave me the courtesy to let me know my delivery had been returned as the app shows it was delivered.

The pizza was dry It wasn’t even cut all the way, and the pizza is not the only thing that was dry. The wings were dry. The cinnamon bites were dry. Everything was just dry and mind you I asked for extra Alfredo sauce.

Waited a whole hour for a pep pizza and sausage and pep pizza. They told us 10-15 minutes then it ended up being an hour. Yall need to get new hires because the ones at this area have no idea what they’re doing. Sending ppl on breaks when you got a customer that’s been waiting a whole hour when we was told 10-15 minutes. Get some new employees for this area please.

Shout out to Domino’s in Harrah!! And Justin who helped me get my order to my friend.. they told me a hour and a half bc of the roads but 45 min is all the delivery time took !! My friend was so thankful bc he hadn’t eaten all day! He’s new to the area and unable to get out and about today! I spoke with Justin personslly at Dominos and explained my situation and they went above & beyond to help us!! Thank you so much!
Domino’s is Consistently great! Always fast, always hot, always right, always good! I really like they have rewards & free pizza!

Placed an order was told it would come in 25-30 mins did not come in that time. They didn’t even give us our full order. called to get a refund. Driver and manager said “I need the receipt in order to get a refund & the driver will be back to your location shortly” driver never showed up they all lied about getting our receipt and refunding us. The driver and manager Anthony are terrible liars, our pizzas were burned to a crisp & they were crunchy.

It used to be good enough to eat when I needed something delivered. I ordered a thin crust last night it was cold and bad. The dough seemed weird. I air fried it to heat it up and the dough still would not crisp up. Did you change your dough? If so please change it back because what I got last night was not edible. Worse than mazzios. I didn’t think that was possible.
