I’m actually just baffled that this is how we got our pizza. I mean I’ve never had this happened before. the manager said next time he’ll need to see the pizza so I’ll just leave this here.

Waited over 40 minutes for the delivery from the time the store called to say my driver left the store. Called around the 20 minute mark when the app said the driver was still 16 minutes away. The gentleman at the store guaranteed that the driver was 0.1 miles away and was about to pull in the driveway and that the app was wrong. When the driver finally showed up, she said the manager offered to refund my order for all of the issues, which I accepted and They never did. When I called up there the next day, they said there’s no way to refund unless it’s done same day. Very dissatisfied. Service has declined so much.

I like it when my pizza is overcooked. I mentioned that multiple times and still yet , I feel that the pizza was undercooked. I explained multiple times g should be turning brown and they shoved it to me twice and told me it was cooked to the specifications of well done per their guidelines. This is exactly the reason I have not been to dominoes in 2years.

Sometimes you don’t want to get out, but you don’t feel like having pizza delivered. That’s when a Philly Steak n Cheese sandwich and Chicken Ceasar Salad from Domino’s hits the spot. This is one of my favorite sandwiches. Thank you to the crew, they delivered. Thank you to Leann, my driver. She was friendly, polite, and on time.

I have been ordering at least 2 pizzas from this Greenwood location every 2 day for over a year now. I order the same thing and it’s not been a problem until today. My order was refused and all other business was refused. The young man was rude, and accusatory. I have spoke to the general manager about special way that I need my pizza and was assured that it’s not a problem. Most employees are friendly and kind but this one was over the top. I hope they take care of this problem. This young man needs to find another line of work. 9/20/23. I have to say I’m impressed with the new management of this store, I had a problem and it was addressed with kindness and compassion. I was heard and treated like a friend. They apologized and made things right again. I love domino’s and I hope we can both continue to have a great relationship for years to come. Thank you so very much
