I didn’t hit send on my to-go order. Got there and they didnt’t have it. My bad. Jacob was so nice, started my pizza as I re-ordered it. Absolutely fantastic, instead of me having to wait another 20 minutes he had it ready for me within 10 and I appreciate that so much. He didn’t roll his eyes. He didn’t have an attitude. He just basically helped me get my food so I can go home and feed my family late night. So much appreciated more people need to be like Jacob!

Very busy location, especially for dinner! But I like that they have a drive thru and they are easy to get to. I did not go inside but like I said they are busy, and the parking lot is small. I ordered online, and my meal was prepared fast and brought out to my car. Wish they included a sauce with parm bread bites and their chicken wings weren’t so tiny, though. Will be back, for sure!

The Domino’s Pizza in Farmington on MLK has it going on. Our family ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for takeout. The app said it would be 20 minutes and it was ready in 10! The thin crust chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza is amazing! The staff were so friendly and nice. Definitely using them in the future!

Lillian (manager) at the Farmington Dominoes is the best. Something went a little wrong with our order and she immediately helped us! My pizzas were still hot when they were delivered and our delivery driver was awesome! I didn’t catch his name though! They both deserve a raise!!!!

I called in a take out pizza last night, due to my wife being ill. Part of our order consisted of a BBQ pizza, but to our dismay, it was missing the cheese!! We live almost an hour away, so returning said pizza was not an option. I promptly called the location to see if there would be any reconciliation… I had a gentleman inform me that the manager would call me within 15 minutes. I waited an hour for a call that never came.. At this point the issue is no longer the pizza but the level of disrespect and abandonment from a pizzeria I once I held in high regard. The look of disappointment on my child’s face will haunt me the rest of my days.

Great service and fresh hot food always. I really appreciate the professional team members at the Farmington location. We order here every soo often and never have a problem. This last time they accidentally sent out bread balls instead of chicken wings. I made the call, everyone I talked to was professional and kind. They got the wings out to us very fast and gave us a free lava cake desert for the inconvenience. Really appreciate the professionalism and care for the customer.
