I went tonight, on Halloween night 2025. I watched the man who preps the pizza dough for all of the pizzas, touch his personal cup while taking a sip, wipe his hands on his apron, pull out his phone to send a quick text, then continue prepping the dough for the pizzas. I was so in shock . When I confronted him, he mumbled under his breath to another worker, “I’m gonna end up losing my job tonight.” Then proceeds to walk away from me without saying a word, to wash his hands, then coming back to continue prepping the pizzas. I then questioned where my order was at on the screen to avoid getting one of the pizzas with the unsanitary pizza dough. Instead of directly communicating with me and taking heed to my concern, they were rude and dismissive. I watched carefully to make sure I didn’t get one of the germ filled pizzas anyway, or else I would’ve gotten a full refund. I used to eat here all the time when it was a pizza night, but never again!

There is absolutely no consistency at this location. I haven’t ordered much in a while due to waiting over an hour on almost every order abd it being lukewarm. Today I ordered it at 359, was done at 409 and sat for 40 minutes according to the app. Received it at 455 and it was not hot. Please don’t order from this location, there are other locations and plenty of better pizza places in Jonesboro. No longer a customer.

I order a pizza online on Wednesday . I went to pick up my pizza. I watched two employees a male and female both grab the toppings with their bare hands . They were putting toppings on the pizza. After seeing that I will not be back . Absolutely disgusting.

They get credit for the correct order, but thats it. Ordered the pizza at 720 with estimated delivery at 750. The actual delivery was 833. Pizza sat in the store waiting for over 20 minutes waiting to be picked up and then took an additional 27 minutes to actually make it from the store to the hotel (which was only 1.4 miles). Pizza arrived lukewarm and reheated looking. Would not recommend.

All I can say is, this is how my pizza was handed to me. Half in one pizza box and half in another..? It was just one large ham pizza. Not even a two topping. I’ve never seen something so strange from a pizza place. I can’t see how an employee would think it’s OK to sell/serve food that looks so unpresentable. If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation.

Pizza was alright, a little high for me. Service was outstanding – very nice and helpful. It’s a counter and a soda cooler so not really an aptmosphere to rate but no negative vibes.
