The General Manager, Krystal, went above and beyond. I called to order with my hotel name, and couldn’t figure out the address. I was not prepared and that was on me. I got frustrated with myself and said I would call back with it and apologized for inconveniencing her. She called me back before I could find it and was so kind. This doesn’t happen. She is wonderful. Made my day. My order isnt even on the way yet and I am already giving a great review because of Krystal.

My wife ordered online. Delivery driver come did not want for us to say we was missing anything or if the order was correct. Which it was not. Called and called they picked up and put you on hold and did not come back to the phone. Went up there to pick up what was missing. Just to get back home to find out that one pizza did not even have any sauce on it and the other hardly had any sauce at all. They still did not pick up. Not happy at all

The food is actually decent. Just getting it is the problem. I’ve tried delivery (always over an hour and cold), call-in ahead and pick up (still not in the oven after 45 minutes). It has happened multiple times. No one working there make an effort to communicate what is going on.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered over 2 hours ago and says my order is waiting to be delivered an hour and half ago. Told me it would only be 30 min. They are so unprofessional. Me and the manager went back and forth about my half pizza they decided to deliver to me. Then I sent my daughter to get our pizza and they were rude to her. So I called to inform them that she’s a kid and that wasn’t her they spoke to on the phone. The manager told me it not messy Monday Then they sent two half done pizza back! I asked for cooperate number and was denied it. If you don’t want to deal with customers you shouldn’t be working there. I worked in customer service for 6 years and would’ve never dealt with a customer the way they handled the situation!!! But hey I pray you get a job that fits your attitude!

My family always orders from this place since we got here and we ordered pizza, delivery from Corey, a couple days ago. Two medium pizzas, pasta and salad. He only arrived with the pizzas and pasta. I asked where my salad was, he said he forgot it. He politely said he would run back and get it for me. I paid him $35.06 + $3 tip. He came back with my salad and told me I didn’t pay him but only $25.06 and I owed him $10 dollars. I told him I did pay you the full amount because I always double check the correct amount. He lied. I told him well, you forgot my salad. He said that wasn’t his fault and he shouldn’t have to pay out of his pocket for the $10. I knew he was lying, but paid him anyway. I will not be ordering from this Dominos anymore. He only did that because he had to go back to the store twice. That was absolutely not my fault and I told him that I shouldn’t have to owe anything at all because he forgot my order. So I literally paid him $48.00 for what! $13 tip that he lied about. I ordered pizza last week they sent wrong pizza. They stated they can do a credit but would need to call in to order that. I call back tonight to be put on hold, then I hang up call back, told only 2 workers there and they have orders so I need to wait call them back in 25 Min. But yet I can get online and order my lunch to be delivered but they cant make the pizza to add to that order to send!!!! I have never! Am I not a customer first off? Yall messed up my pizza I paid for last week. I have managed NPC and never told a customer to call back I’m short staffed and can’t take ur order call back.
