Thought we would try this location due to it being fairly new….WORST pizza I’ve ever purchased…the pizza and breadsticks were burnt and they forgot my sauces. When I went back in to get my sauces I had to wait 5 minutes due to the the employees (1 being male and 2 being female) hanging out in the back of the store… take your hard earned money to Marcos down the street.. this place seems to be full of careless children and will probably not last very long.. the only thing correct were my drinks. Get it together!

We pick up pizza from this location 1x/week or every other week at a minimum. This location consistently has subpar service- “due to short staff.” I’ve yet to have an employee actually come to the pick up window in the past 3 months and we’ve come at all hours of the day, different days of the week. The females in that work here are exceptionally rude.

This place USED to be very good. Very polite people and excellent customer service. The last few times I’ve went there, service was AWFUL to say the least. Now the little SNOT that worked at the McDonald’s across the road, works at this location. She is EXTREMELY rude and always has an attitude! Until she gets a reality check, no one should hire her. Until she’s gone, I will NOT be going back unless she’s not there!

Awful customer service. No solution to the fact that I arrived after the app promised pizza would be ready and it wasn’t even started in the prep. Went back to car for 10 mins to let them work in my order. Came back in only to find out they STILL hadn’t even started on my order. And the window…what a joke. Why even have a drive through window if you zero intention of ever coming to it. Incredibly rude customer service from Steven as well. After being refunded he tried to tell me that that wouldn’t be giving me a receipt for my refund. Never in my life have I received a credit card refund and not had a receipt to go with it. Not to mention the lack of any compensation. What a disaster.

Amanda and April were the epitome of good customer service and I’ll come back just because of them and how well they treated me. I had a small problem and they both went above and beyond to make it Right, and make me feel like a valued customer. They both deserve a raise! The pizza was hot and fresh and delicious as well
