This place has never disappointed me so I will keep ordering!
And Ariana deserves a big shout out! She seriously helped me out and I enjoyed the conversation. (I even called the store to tell whoever was on the other side of the phone she was awesome)

My pizza was horrible and my daughters hot wings barely had sauce on them. I ordered a 1 topping Italian Sausage pizza and it was probably 8 sausages on this large pizza. I think they realized my pizza was fixed wrong and tried to add extra cheese at the last minute. It also looked as if someone scraped toppings off my pizza as well. I used the tracker and my order still was not ready on time. I used to love Dominoes but it seems as if the service is getting worser by they day. I’ll be definitely sticking to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s.

Im Choosing Dominos Over Pizza Hut Any Day! So let me start off by saying we are human we all make mistakes…Dominos did mess up my order but the difference is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ✅ How do you make the customer happy? I have went to Pizza Hut where they have messed up my order but did not even attempt to satisfy their mistake & argued with me on top of that! Dominos handled the same mistake the way It should have been handled when you are running a business! KUDOS! So in my pictures you will see a eaten pizza and not all the chicken because we was hungry but it looked perfect prior to then and taste delicious! The pizza that was half eaten is the one I ordered…the one not eaten at all is the mistake and because I have had this issue before with pizza hut and the man told me I didn’t order it that way I now screen shot what I ordered just in case but i didn’t even have to show my screens screenshot! ❤ She offered me to keep the original mistake and to fix my pizza correctly, give them 15 minutes so I went down the street and got a drink came back it was ready! Now that’s the way it should be done bc we dont get paid like employees they get paid to wait & work but customers who order by pick up and already have waited the time frame given whether its driving or at there home should be given something for the inconvenience of having to wait for additional time if it was not their mistake…That is the perfect strategy to customer satisfaction in most cases….Im not sure if they offer refunds but I didn’t request one bc I wanted the pizza but for the wait being able to keep the pizza they will trash anyway & have the option to give it to someone in need is nice! Good job to the manager who advised the employee to allow me to keep the pizza & would make it correctly this evening…not sure who the manager was but employee was really nice blonde ponytail lady in the window she was very professional & nice and even remembered me when I came back! The manager tonight knows good customer service! Oh & that sauce is good but the statement is literally true “duke it out in your mouth” its but sweet & I found that hilarious

The pizza wasn’t horrible, it tasted ok, so I’m not rating it worse than a 4. But I’ve never gone to a pizza place and gotten a pizza burned that badly. I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t have tossed it and remade it. And I see other mentions of burned pizzas on here, so it would seem that I’m not alone. Probably 20% of the pizza was blackened.

We love dominos and we order it all the time through the app, because the rewards are actually amazing. The pizza is always good, even with customization. Very rarely have we gotten a pizza that wasn’t right or didn’t taste good. BUT. We’ve been starting to do carry out more because of a few drivers, more specifically Ralph. He’s a very nice guy, always has manners and whatnot, but we literally have to walk down the road to him. As soon as he turns on the road, he stops and then will start going again but very slow. Plus turning around he almost hit my car. I don’t doubt that he’s a good worker, but honestly he shouldn’t be driving and doing deliveries.

I placed and order online for a pizza and some wings. Wings were supposed to be garlic parmesan with ranch as a dipping sauce. I got all the way back to where I was heading, opened up the box basic wings and instead of giving me a side of ranch, they drizzled the ranch all over the wings. If they didn’t have ranch, I wish they would have asked first before the drizzle. The intended recipient of the wings doesn’t like ranch. So, they went to waste and i was out the cost. I sent a message to both the store and through the main website giving them the chance to at least make it right, no dice. Not even an apology. Looking through the reviews, I see I am not the only one that has had this problem of being ignored when there was a concern or issue. Extremely poor customer service.

I just kept having the same negative experiences with food quality,pricing, and delivery time along with damaged food due to boxing and delivery preparation. I also had items left off my orders each time; such as, 2liter coke, dipping sauces,and breadsticks.

Every time we order from here it is so delicious! hot flavorful the toppings are put on with intention/care . Cooked well and on time. This is the Best Domino’s !!! Awesome,, so happy with this location
