After almost a year of not ordering due to website “glitches”, I decided to give them one more chance. Hand tossed pizza and garlic bites were undercooked. The Buffalo Mild wings we ordered came plain with no flavor or sauce. Back on the “NO ORDER” list for Morrilton restaurants you go. Sorry.

They burnt both Thin crust pizzas. The employee attitude needs improvement. “That’s how we cook them.” Only after I got angry & said it was unacceptable was I grudgingly told the pizzas would be remade. The second batch of pizzas were sloppily made with little cheese & not cooked well either. This was a waste of $30. I should have just cooked Red Baron at home – better taste & value.

First look at my Honolulu Hawaiian pizza, I was excited. They LOADED the toppings on! I work all over U.S. and this was probably the best looking pizza I have EVER seen from Domino’s. But when I started eating it, it just tasted so plain. I’m thinking the cheese is soo different ..its a shame that one ingredient changed this whole pizza…I actually could not finish it. We ordered a pizza with chicken and provolone cheese. We got chicken and salami. My family does not eat pork due to religion. I had to drive all the way back to pick up a fresh pizza, nothing was given to me extra for having to drive back. They didn’t even offer to have it delivered. So now I wasted a bunch of fuel, just to get what I originally ordered. There is no care in the world to make things right here.
My family and I will NEVER be coming back to this Domino’s again. I would rather burn more fuel driving to Conway to get pizza then this place due to the carelessness and not trying to make things right.

To begin with, I have to pick up my order from the floor cause the driver didn’t hand it to me. He didn’t have to come close at all. The chicken alfredo was over cooked, and my chicken habanero sandwich was a chicken jalapeño. I order with a coupon that you can get 2 or more items of the menu for $5.99 ea, but I couldn’t order habanero wings for less than $6.99. If wings are not $5.99 don’t put them on the menu. They said it would be an hr for my delivery and it took longer. They said and I requested contact less delivery and the driver knock the door and never left until I open.

Terrible, never delivered in a timely manner. Always something wrong with the order, assuming they don’t cancel it on u. I work in food service and have my whole life, I get it sometimes mistakes or things jus happen. But it’s seriously almost EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I swear I won’t order again then after few months I’ll cave and it’s still always a disappointment!!
