Never had any complaints, but today I placed an order and never received it. I called and was told that my pizza was left on the ground at the door because no one answered. It’s evident that my pizza was took to the wrong building. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Never got the situation resolved. Nobody even tried to contact me before just leaving my pizza somewhere.

Ordered Delivery, the app took my driver to the wrong location, and showed that she had not moved from near the gate. Moved to a nearby location that was easier to find after calling the store and after about 15-20 minutes I received my pizza. Delivery driver questioned me and defended herself when I received it. Before she handed me my food, I noticed the box was heavily dented and damaged and before I left the premises I opened the box to find my pizza as shown in the pictures. Only one slice survived and the pizza was mildly “warm” as if I left it out on the counter during summer. I called the store and talked to a manager, he was not rude in any way and gave me a refund very quickly.

I ordered two medium pizzas February 17 th, and I was very disappointed in the fact that there was a very small amount of cheese and sauce on my pizza..So I saw a post on Facebook and I commented on my experience, and I received a phone call from the manager,he told me to come back to the store and get two more pizzas for my troubles,so I did that today and I must say that I was still disappointed ..they look better than how they tasted..it was enough sauce on them, but the cheese was very disappointing and I even ordered extra cheese to make sure, and it was the same as before, lacking the cheese,So I won’t be going to Domino’s anymore I’m from Chicago; I’ve tasted some of the best pizza in the world!and you don’t have to pay extra for what’s supposed to be on the pizza to begin with..the cheese is what makes the pizza,or break’s it.. pizza hut is not much better, but when I order extra cheese I really do get extra cheese and it makes the pizza taste like an actual pizza.. but thank you to the manager for offering the replacement pizza’s…I appreciate it!!

I just deleted a 5 star review because when I tied to edit my review, the star rating did not change. I have been ordering from this location once or twice a week for about two years. Until now, I have been very satisfied. However, the past four orders I have placed have been disappointing. The quantity of toppings and quality of the crust have dropped substantially. I could tell by the weight of the box. Extra cheese now looks like light cheese. I’m very disappointed that I’m paying the same price for less product and that I couldn’t change the star rating when editing my review. Hence the new review.

This is hands down the BEST Domino’s location I’ve ever visited! The store is spotless, and the employees are truly exceptional—dedicated enough to show up even when the roads are icy. But the real highlight? The pizza was absolutely phenomenal! They perfected the balance of ingredients, creating a mouthwatering umami flavor that was out of this world.
A huge thank you to the amazing team working at 6 PM on February 19th, 2025—you all went above and beyond! More locations should look to you as the gold standard of customer service and quality. Corporate should absolutely use this store as a training model for others. Keep up the incredible work!

This Domino’s is seriously the best. I have been ordering from them for the past 2 years and EVERY single time, my food comes still HOT and in a timely manner! (Less than 45 minutes) I absolutely love this location and they knock other pizza delivery places out the water. Also they always have good deals in the app.
