I’ve had an issue last time I ordered where I mentioned the dough wasn’t properly proofed so it had a gel layer, and how they didn’t cut ANY of the pizza all the way through.
This time today my issue was the pizza I ordered was to be a medium pep and bacon with BBQ sauce instead of tomato. It was chicken instead of pepperoni. I reported the issue and they fixed my pizza, even upsized it to a large too. I sincerely appreciate that guys thank you.

I had bad experience and missing items on my ordered pizza for the second time and included hot buffalo sauce at the time but i have received my order without the hot buffalo sauce.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had missing items — it’s happened multiple times now.

Delivery estimate is useless. App states delivery is estimated for 21 minutes. Driver didn’t leave store until 38 minutes. Making the total time 49 minutes. Unacceptable. Obviously!

The app let’s you take a order because they are supposed to be open then you get there and the employees took upon themselves t9 close when they wanted to. Just take my money and go home smh

1st time back in at least 10 years. I should’ve stayed away.
Service was great, restaurant was nice and clean but the pizza was bad, really bad. I ended up giving it all to the dogs.

I love dominoes, but this one messed up an order of mine. I reached out to customer support and got a free cheese bread and dessert, all I had to do was call and tell them I’d like to redeem my credit. Easier said than done, as they don’t answer the phone!! I called and the AI assistant took my order and said it would be $19. When I said it was supposed to be free, they transferred me to the store’s phone. I was waiting for almost 10 minutes before giving up. Do better

They’re mostly nice although I may be paranoid I feel like they glare at me and we’ve been customers for years trying to feed my son w the cheesy bread cause it’s cheaper than Tios and it’s one of the only items he actually eats w his aversions. Maybe it was a tough day for them. Food is mostly always good, although it’s always a good idea to order after truck day
