Enjoying a cheese pizza. Beware of the free pizza deal with Dominos. First off , this is the second free pizza situation at this location. I have never ordered a cheese pizza. Except when ordering the free pizza apparently. No matter how much time is spent adding toppings to said pizza. Call the store and they want me to drive back up there and return them the pizza. Lol BTW, I ordered extra items with this order. They actually were correct. I pointed out that this was the second time I ordered a free pizza that the order was incorrect. Pitiful customer service. I guess it will be Marco’s or Bernard’s from now on. However, if you like plain cheese pizza and pitiful customer service I recommend this location.

I ordered over the phone by credit card. They wanted all my personal info. I gave them everything.Wanting a pizza delivered. No problem. After asking for my card number twice. I gave it to him. I simply & kindly asked for the person first name taking my order & all my personal info? Just so I know who I paid for my order. They refused. I would like to know who just took all my personal card info atleast a first name??.. So, then I asked for a manager. He told me to make a report to the Cabot police department? I don’t understand how just anyone up there can get ur personal credit card info but, yet it’s a mystery of who you gave it to now. So, if a person quits tomorrow. They could have stored ur card info… ( Scammers are a real thing these days.) After calling back again was hung up on the phone. By the person who took my info. This will be the last and final time ordering through Cabot Dominos pizza. This is not my first time or round with them. They charge extra for a simple few packages of cheese, or any sauce like they haven’t charged enough allready for pizza & delivery. This time they said they were out of Parmesan cheese.??? You all are a pizza delivery company? Get with the program. It’s 2022 you mean to tell me I can’t swipe my card at the door when actually delivered? on a Domino’s card reader? Always late delivery, over charged, no toppings you paid even extra for, Most the time. Pizza is not even that well made or even cold at times, hard chewy crust, doesn’t taste good. I had a driver even asked to be tipped before?? Like excuse me?? I paid to have it delivered & it’s my choice to tip or not. Thanks… Totally go with another company. My rating for them is a big 0 out of 100 completely not satisfied & the wrost business & customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. My Recommendation *Go get pizza somewhere else. Even freezer pizza is better for your money then what they serve. Dominos in Cabot Arkansas 72023 vote down absolutely not wroth your time or money.

We ordered a pizza online. Specified thin crust pizza. When we picked up, the girl at the window handed us the ticket and asked if that was our order. Then handed us the food. When we got home, we realized the pizza was hand tossed. We called back and the guy we spoke to was rude and hung up on us. Called back a second time and he was rude again. We took the pizza back and had them remake it. We will drive to Jacksonville in the future and hopefully receive better treatment.

Quite disappointed with my most recent experience. Ordered online for drive trough pick up. It took the store more than 5 minutes to come to the window, another 5 minutes to get my pizza, and then 5 minutes to run my credit card because they did not know how to run American Express. All in all, sat there for more than 15 minutes despite their app stating my pizza was ready before even getting to the window.

Ordered pizza for a large group, they said 45 minute wait. We waited an hour and a half. Called asked the status of the order. They said they tried to deliver and left it at the house. Wasn’t our house they delivered to I guess because pizza wasn’t there and we are right by our door so we would have heard a knock. We asked for reimbursement they denied us. Even though they had the address correct in the system but they just delivered it somewhere wrong. We checked neighbor houses no pizza there. So they’re just remaking it. But we’ve now waited two hours for pizza. We just wanted to be given something this was ridiculous. Whoever answered the phone was rude and said it wasn’t fault on their end. When obviously it was. Kinda annoyed.

Ordered pizza from the restaurant in Cabot, Arkansas, found a wood splinter in the topping. I drove back to the restaurant with the pizza and the wood splinter. The manager was very rude, and refused to replace the pizza or issue a refund. I contacted the Corporate office never received a response.

This dominos has been great in the last two years. Their coupons for the online app are so wonderful. Three or more toppings $10.99 and specialties have a special coupon as well. You can’t use them together online but you can order two different times. These coupons are only on the app. I really love their Philly steak and cheese specialty. Hand tossed. The thin crust was too thin for me.
