Watch what they charge you when using coupons because they will overcharge you and the manager and the kids which all of them are will not know how to add and they keep trying to put other charges on there and if you use a coupon they keep trying to put the delivery charge and taxes into it. And I understand there’s a delivery charge in taxes but I want only what the coupon says for the food charge and they do not know how to add and they hang up on you if you even try to correct them. None of them can add. They are rude and they will not fix the mistake

My husband placed an online order. He gets a notification that it has been delivered to the WRONG address. Hubby called and spoke to a manager. She tried saying that the app isn’t correct and the driver is on their way. Waited 20-25 mins. I called the store and was told to hold on. Stayed on hold for 16 mins. By then the driver brings the pizza and apologizes (which was very appreciated).

Very poor experience.
I placed an order through online twice.
The first one was never delivered.
The second order was marked as delivered, but I never received any food.
There was no dasher assigned and no contact at all.
I waited over 3 hours.
This restaurant did not attempt to deliver.
Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend.

Funny door says no mask no pizza. Should have said we wear no masks, no gloves. We serve corona…Foods good as long as it don’t contain any additives…lol

I will never do a call in order from this store again. You speak to an automated order, you are unable to ask for a manager or a human being. When asked to repeat your order, it won’t do it until after you pay. I have a “slice the price” card which allows me a buy one get one large pizza. It refused the card. And my grandson just picked up the order, they screwed it up.

We choose Delivery most time rather than picking it up from the store but never have received a messed up order or item missing and always been hot. Good customer service at the drive through window.

I just want to say that Mrs. Bobby in your Arkadelphia store is amazing!!!! You need more employees like her. She is bubbly and super friendly. She made sure our order was right and made sure I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond. I wish there were more workers all over in the fast food industry like her, because most of them are rude and don’t like their jobs and takes it out on the customer.
