My app wasn’t working so I ordered in person at the store. Ordered two topping new york style. Was told is was $17.99. Way too much for a two topping large. My app finally started working after I ordered and I see a three topping large new york is $10.99. The store blatantly rips you off if you don’t use the app. Dishonesty at its finest. By the way, it was a greasy mess. Never ordering new york again. Very disappointed in store employees dishonesty and food quality both.

There is a new manager there that gives me little Faith in how people treat customers. Apparently there is a system issue where some topping are missing from online orders. Instead of listening and respecting me as a person I was told there is nothing they can do because they made it correctly. Then I saw another customer get a refund for the Exact same issue while I’m sitting here. This is so unacceptable. I asked for the name of the store manager and was advised I could not get that information. I even said can you take my name and number and have them give me a call. I Expect and deserve Better. Mistakes happen, Ownership and accountability are everything to a resolution!
