Always my favorite store to order from but this time was not good. Ordered three items. A ultimate pepperoni over cooked and sliced very odd. Then a Hawaiian and paid extra for hand tossed. , this one the dough is raw. The third is the jalapeno chicken sandwich. The toppings came on the side as the entire contents where not in the bread upon delivery. He said I need to give him the pizza back to get a replacement. I said if im going to have to wait another 35 to rm45 minutes for my food due to your mistake im goingbto nibble. On this. The General Manager Stefan agreed to replace my order and is doing so. But hung up in mid conversation when I asked for compensation for time lost. Lol im hungry bro. Anyway. I hope they get it back together. Quality really matters in this world. And if it feels OK to send food out like this then you should reconsider buisness choices.

An item was forgotten in my delivery order & Dominoes handled it immediately. They were fast nice kind and fixed my order with no issue at all and fast. Food is always fantastic along with there employees. There star manager Stefan and star employee Chris took care of me and did it with great attitudes! Those guys deserve a raise! Will always be the best dominoes!

Pizza was late and don’t nobody got time for that when they are hungry! Called and spoke with someone who worked there because I tracked the pizza and it said it was delivered. The employee was like let me call and see where the driver was at. Come to find out the driver dropped the pizza off at another house! So the worker was like we will make another and it would take 10 minutes! (Yeah right!) The first order took 30 minutes so how is that possible. I then asked well for the wait and inconvenience could y’all throw in something free? He gets a attitude like he owns Dominos and was like “NO!” But y’all messed up! Do better! We had waited to long! Never experienced something like this at any Dominos before but ok. Just give me my money back at this point!

I came into town late and got to Domino’s about 15 minutes before they closed and I apologized for coming in that late – but they took my order and were life savers since I had skipped lunch & dinner unfortunately. The staff is wonderful!

As a person who swore I’d never order Domino’s, I’m very impressed with this location on Grand/ Hot Springs.. I guess it depends on location, but I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are very polite, professional and are on their A game.The place is very clean and big enough to accommodate many customers. It’s my preferred place to order my pizza…ty

Was told 15 to 25 minutes for delivery at first, then it backed up to 35 minutes, which was fine. Order sat in “quality check’ mode for 12 minutes before the delivery driver left with it. Address is literally two minutes away. Food arrived over thirty minutes later, stone cold and inedible. I threw most of it away. Be warned.
