I rarely get to this location but I was in the area so I decided to go there when I was in town. Ordered online and there was a problem pulling up my order. Might need to work on system and see where issue is before an order doesn’t get made and it costs you having to refund orders. I ordered cinnabites only cinnabites they come with one and ordered an extra. I only got the 1, I also bought 2 additional at the store. Online or phone orders need to contain all items that have been ordered if that means employees need to slow down and review orders than they should. Other than that there was no issues.

I wish I could put 0 stars my wife and I ordered a pizza last night it was not supposed to have onions on it my wife is highly allergic to onions like to the point she can’t even be in the same room it had onions all over it i tried to catch the delivery guy he drove right off with me running beside his car and I tried calling the restaurant 47 times with no answer there not even answering today so we had no pizza last night and can’t even get in touch with the restaurant horrible experience never again

I ordered pizza from the wrong location. I usually go to this store when I’m at home and the one off MLK when I’m at work. I was at work and it still had this store selected. I should have double checked before submitting . I called almost immediately after I placed it and realized. I never got an answer, I’ve been calling all today and no answer. We ordered online for pickup and arrived at the restaurant it had already been 20 minutes the order was just put in the oven we waited about 15 minutes. We got the order and proceeded home. The pizza was super dry and the garlic knots had no butter sauce just dry bread rolls. The pizza boxes didn’t even have any oil drips under the pizza and we did not order thin crust the crust was thin as ever. It’s a shame that I’m Thai say and time people spend their hard earned money and cannot even get what they pay for. We threw all that in the trash and made some Mac and cheese. We will not visit that particular Dominoes pizza ever again. The pizza place didn’t even appear busy either.

I love Domino’s especially when I’m upset. Last night at about 8:30 I ordered online for delivery because I had an awful day. I waited an hour and the app still said ‘Prep’ for my order. I called and they finally answered the phone. The guy on the phone sounded very young and awkward about the situation so I felt bad. He said they only had one delivery driver and it would be another 20 minutes before my pizza and bread bites were baked. It had already been an hour so I asked if I could drive there and just pick it up. That’s what I ended up doing and they took off the delivery charge and tip. Didn’t offer any apologies/discounts/freebees. I ordered the food delivered (something I never do) because I was SAD and didn’t want to leave my house. -10/10 experience with this Domino’s. I know short staffing happens but that experience was horrible. The pizza was amazing as always though, especially after a good cry.

It’s official. Pizza parlors are falling to the waste side. I love Domino’s, but the service I received was rather wrong. I might have over reacted, but heat and anger had set in. If I’m paying you my hard earned money for a service I expect the proper service. Not somebody standing at the counter looking at me and ignoring me!. Worst damn service ever
