I order from this store consistently with a 20-30% tip. It’s usually the same order. When I select extra toppings and pay for those as well, I’d like for them to apply them to my pizzas. They haven’t the last two orders. I’m planning on ordering again tonight, and decided to try to call the store to ensure they get it right. They will NOT answer the phone. I’ve called over ten times, and yes it is when they are open. I have tried to call this store multiple times, but they have only answered a few times when I called over the last year. When you pay $100 for food and delivery and tip, you’d hope they would get it right, or have a way to contact them regarding mistakes. I’m not asking for refunds, I only want the next ones made correctly!!!!

I ordered the spinach and feta bread thing and a Pacific Veggie specialty pizza @10:20. I left work, picked it up, picked my baby up, and got all the way home to open it @11:30ish and the pizza had bacon on it (I don’t eat pork at all). I called the store multiple times and it would ring and then you’d hear the disconnected tone after a while. The guy also had a crappy attitude when I went to pick it up so I didn’t want to go all the way back without someone else there for the same person to make another pizza (you never know what some people will do and he already seemed frustrated). Going to have to go in the morning to try to speak with a manager.

The past two times I have tried to order something my order has been cancelled . One I understand to an extent and the other is still confusing . One was 20 mins before close and the other was about 10 mins. If ordering stops at a certain time then the website/ app needs to share same rules. Both pick up times were right at close. I work late at night and conveniently they are close to me.

This pizza showed that this pizza maker was scared of getting the toppings close to the edge. Domino’s was also extra careful to conserve the bacon topping. After careful examination I was able to detect some tiny pieces of bacon on the pizza, but only occasionally.
The pizza taste was barely adequate, but did featured the flavor of no topping on bread over pizza bread with toppings. I don’t know if that is original to this joint or not.. I ordered a large pizza for carry out, but it barely had enough toppings to have covered their smallest pizza.
I ordered online early so as to have the pizza ready 2 hours later. When I arrived on time, it seemed that the pizza joint was understaffed. I had to wait several minutes so that they could allow my pizza to get cooled, and then came to the window. (The online app had informed me when the pizza was ready.)
If you want a large pizza with a noticeable lack of toppings, and slow service at no extra charge, then this is the place for you.
I do NOT recommend this place.

Upset on several levels. Let’s just say I have not only ordered domino for YRS often and from multiple locations but I am also a manager in my field of customer service and have worked fast food so i get busy but when i tip what you ask for and nothing is right im very upset. First more crust then cheese, toppings half cooked and dry. Then driver was rude and inept.

My office is a few blocks from the location. I used the online ordering platform. The website has an online tracker that said my order will be ready for pick up in 20 min. and is being prepared by Brandon. When I sent someone to pick up the order in 20 minutes the pizza had not even started. When asked when would it be ready he said “I don’t know, What did you have on the pizza?”, I gave you my name, Look on the computer and tell me what was on it, is what I was thinking. Finally he gives me excuses of being the only one there and he can start it now and it will take 20 minutes. I wanted a refund so I asked for a manager and his answer was… You guessed it. “I am the manager” I can cancel your order. I guess I’ll go get a burger. I hope I don’t have this much hassle getting my card refunded.
