I’m pretty disappointed that this is the only Domino’s in town. I actually really love Domino’s as a chain, but this one is consistently a let-down. I specifically asked for *extra* cheese, parmesan asiago, and feta (my kid was requesting a really cheesy pizza). Instead I got no feta, no parm, and two blobs of cheese that didn’t even cover most of the pizza. If this is extra cheese, I can only imagine what normal cheese looks like:

Ordered a pizza for window pickup. Waited 30 mins. Checked my phone it said my order was ready for pickup. Waited another 30 mins before I could drive up to the window. Was told my.order was probably in the oven. Waited another 10 mins had to get someone’s attention. Gave them my name and order details again and was told my.order never popped up on their screen to be made. They closed the window in my face. I called the store and was told my.order had been picked up. And I said no it hasn’t because im at the window trying to pick it up. Lady came back to the window and informed me that they were making it now. I asked for a refund and was told to just wait a minute they are making it now. I asked for a refund again because I had been waiting for over an hour since I got to the store. She gave me a refund after I complained enough. But how did she know what to refund me if the order never came up on their screen. They gave my order to someone else and didnt want to admit it. Never again

If I could leave zero stars I would. Like other people I ordered for delivery and chose to leave it at the door. I got the notification that it was delivered and it was not there. I tried to call the delivery driver and they did not answer.
I called the store and spoke to the manager and she told me that she was nothing she could do except refund the delivery fee. But hello I didn’t even get my pizza. She said it was a “security risk” to bring it back. Now that it simply a bad business practice and how to lose many customers.
She then told me she would see what she could do then proceeded to never come back and take me off of hold.
I love dominoes but not after this. That is not how you treat customers. It obviously wasn’t the first time and definitely won’t be the last.

I ordered bacon cheddar tots. There was absolutely no bacon on it. Had I ordered the cheesy tots they would have been perfect. But I didn’t. So I’m highly disappointed that I didn’t receive what I ordered. I was on a quick lunch from work so I couldn’t take it back to the store for a replacement. I won’t order from them again, I don’t have time for wrong orders.

Pizza was good. Unusual drive-thru situation; you pull around to the window where a sign tells you to pull around the other side. Need a sign telling people where to pickup order.

They give you deal and skimp on the toppings. The pizza be crust and a little sauce. Dry bread! You call to speak to a manager no one comes to the phone or call you back. Pizza Hut is the Key!

Dude. I never do this. But cmon I know what a pan with extra cheese looks like and this ain’t it. I called to ask for a remake, and the manager wanted to say “well you did order a pan with extra cheese” yea i know I’ve had it countless times before and this ain’t right, pictures below. Thing is, my orders are never right and I usually just deal but not anymore. I can no longer recommend dominos in natchitoches.

I put in a delivery for my apartment with instructions that I was on the second floor and to leave it at my door. The website said it was delivered but I never got my pizza so I assumed they might’ve delivered it to the wrong place or had an issue finding my place.
Looked around and I couldn’t find it so I called the store, the line picked up and then immediately hung up, I called again, the line picked up and I sat there for 5 minutes listening to people yelling at each other and music playing in the background, saying “hello?”.
I waited a few minutes called again and a lady answered and told me pretty rudely that they brought my pizza back because I didn’t answer the delivery driver’s calls and that I would have to come up and get it. I didn’t recieve any calls from the driver to my knowledge. I don’t doubt that he tried to call me. I just said okay and hung up. I did not go pick up the pizza.
Just generally pretty frustrating series of events. If at any point someone had been understanding or even just not a jerk it wouldn’t have been such a big deal.

I normally don’t have a complaint with dominos food is usually hot and fresh but the woman who took my order didn’t listen at all and made the wrong food. As I live over a hour away I called to say they gave me wrong pizza. She got a attitude and said I need to drive all the way back and bring the pizza and pay the extra money for pizza I wanted then hung up on me.. it makes me mad cause my kids eat there all the time and now we will not me going back. I spend to much money on dominos to be treated like that. Very unprofessional.
