Every time we go these past few months about every other week who ever is pulling the pizzas out the oven at The Pineville La store NEVER NEVER EVER puts the garlic sauce around the crust and that’s part of the reason why I pick y’all’s pizza over anyone else and it’s very frustrating when I spend my money on pizza and it’s NEVER how it should be. They train you to put it on the pizza unless the customer says otherwise wise. Why it’s it so hard to do so unless Dominos has changed.

I ordered pizza today and my husband picked up the order. The older lady who worked the drive through was very rude to him. He gave her the wrong name at first then corrected himself and said it was under my name. The lady ROLLED her eyes and huffed at him. He didn’t deserve that. Sorry to the lady for having you do your job that you’re paid to do.

When I pulled up to this location.I saw about five workers standing around. One of the workers approached , the window opened the window To take my order, but he did not Know how to ring in The food. So one of the female workerst came to help him. They kept closing the window to talk . I asked for an order of twelve wings half barbecue half Buffalo. Another worker walked over and told him that they don’t make orders like that. Which clearly is a lie because I had this order two days ago. After I couldn’t get the wings in one order. I tried to order the mix and match deal. They proceeded to tell me that I can’t order wings like that either. The whole crew that worked at this particular location just did not want to service me. I’m honestly put off from dominoes. Hire better people!!!

Terrible service. Waited at the window 10 minutes before banging on it only to have RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL people. Order wrong, call them the worker kent or whoever he refused to repeat his name then told me to call back tomorrow, then HUNG UP the phone. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t order from here. Nasty people. The pizza tastes horrible, too much cheese, no dough visible. Looks like they threw it together. Jalapeños missing.

Terrible. I ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich and when it was delivered, I was so disappointed and then angry. Wasted money on this. Overcooked, hard as a rock bread and scant filling.
