Quite possibly the most rude, unprofessional, and hateful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Intentionally hung up, didn’t answer, or answered and put me “on mute” (without telling me) multiple times without even inquiring my reason for calling. (I only wanted to ensure the address wasn’t messed up since the online tracker geotagged my store as a place in San Francisco, CA not Shreveport, LA.) When staff did actually answer they refused to let me speak, spoke over me, raised their voices to cut me off when I was speaking, and then hung up on me, were sarcastic and refused to cancel my order. Eventually I was able to say that I do not want the food as now I’m worried about what was done to it and I would send it back once the delivery driver arrived with it which took another 30+ minutes. The driver was not rude when I turned away the order. That was the ONLY remotely neutral part of this experience. The entire store deserves to be shut down if this is how the franchise owner allows its employees to treat people.

Ordered pizza for delivery ended up having to pick it up. I done called the store about 5 times no answer. The 6th call someone answered and quickly put me on hold. I’m calling to let them know I’m going to pick my pizza up. So I head toward the store to pick my pizzas up and still on hold. I pull up to the window and asked the girl was something wrong with their phone. She said they aren’t answering it right now. Remind you I’m still on hold from when she answered. So now I received cold pizza. She was very rude and unprofessional. No apology from her at all. The guy that came to the window he did apologize tho. Oh yeah when I called the first two times someone did answer but wouldn’t say anything.

They have cheaps deals like the 5.99 each which is what I like to get. The Lava cakes they have are to die for lol At this location specifically have not had any problems with my orders. They have all been great and fast to pick up even when they had a line right after the snow ❄. When you need cheap and fast dinner ideas here it is!

I was actually at work when I Ordered a HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN pizza I was in a hurry so I didn’t check it at window (my bad I have dealt with this crap store enough I shoulda know better) anyway I rush back to work and open my pizza box….no hot buffalo sauce on it. I called the store and asked the lady that answered what the last thing you put on a HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN pizza was. She said cheese…to which I informed her mine had none. On top of the it was cut unevenly but I will give them this..It was a better cut than they usually manage. I have ordered over 100 pizzas from this store at least One order a week sometimes twice and usually 2-3 pizzas per order and in all those pizzas I have gotten exactly 2 pizzas that were cut correctly …this is not an exaggeration or hyperbole it is the literal truth

Ordered online, I pulled to the window sat about 10mins. Somebody saw me sitting at the window didnt open the window to ask did I have a pick up or nothing they walked away from the window. I sat 5mins waiting for somebody to come to the window so I pulled back got out and the girl with glasses and 2 lil girl ponytails asked did I ha e a pick up order. I said where’s the manager she said im one of them. I said I was wondering how much longer I was gone have to wait for somebody to come to te window. She claim she one of the managers but has poor customer service cause she cut me off as I was still talking… I definitely see y the reviews are low bad customer services on all types of levels

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ORDERED MY PIZZA AND WAITED IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES waiting on my food. I payed ahead of time just to get to the window and be told I didn’t pay for my food and couldn’t leave till I did. Payed on the app by the way. I asked for a manager and they completely ignored me. Then proceeded to tell me I did pay for it after going back and forth for 10 minutes about me “not paying”. I wasted an hour sitting in a line to have workers tell me I didn’t pay for my food as I’m showing them the transaction and how they took my $. Never going back to this lazy store again

I waited to be buzzed in for 2 mins while they stood around and talked, once I got buzzed in I told them my order but I noticed all four of the workers didn’t have on gloves, I watched one of the workers spread the marinara sauce on the pizza with no gloves on, that is DISGUSTING FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING HERE

I think the problem with this location is that it’s just in a rough neighborhood. One other annoyances are people who make fresh orders at the drive-thru window causing you to wait behind them for a simple pickup. I would have gone inside but doors always seem locked. I made an order almost an hour in advance, and had to wait behind cars. An older gentleman working here came out to ask what I ordered and cheerfully delivered my pizza to my car. My experiences so far have been okay. Each online order I send to this location have been successful.
