I visited this location on Super Bowl Sunday for a carry out order. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, placed my order and given an estimated time to pick up of around 15 to 20 minutes. They were spot on with the time and the food was hot and fresh. Friendly staff, clean environment and there was even two customers dancing to the music they were playing.

Worst Domino’s experience ever! First they delivered the wrong pizza. I called to tell them about it. Got offered to have the right one sent. Told them I didn’t want to wait 45 minutes for another one. Was told that it would only be 20-25 minutes, so I said fine, send me the right one. Well, it took an hour. Called again and the person I talked to was very rude to me, as was the delivery driver who finally brought my pizza, which was cold and the box was damaged. Do NOT order from this store.

Ordered pizza on the app, waited an hour and half for it to show up, my tracker said “ORDER COMPLETE “ Nobody had showed up and the order couldn’t have been completed bc I selected the pay with cash apon delivery option! I called them to see what was going on for them to tell me my order had been canceled. Tried to tell me the driver called twice and knocked on my door.. I didn’t answer so they returned to the store. (My pouch light is on, the window on my front door had the blinds open. I’ve been waiting on the couch for an hour and half) NO MISSED CALLS, NOBODY KNOCKED, my dog would’ve gone nuts. I asked if I could just place my order again that maybe they made a mistake and went to the wrong house bc I live in a town home… was told that it’s a security issue and that can’t be done. And I wouldn’t be allowed to place an other order today.
I understand prank calls are an issue but I am a paying costumer and have children to feed, I have ordered here before plenty of times, paid with card and cash. Have never had an issue with drivers contacting me or locating my home.
Chris (who I assume is the manger bc I was transferred to him) was incredibly rude and told me that “ he can’t make exceptions for me or he’d have to do it for everyone” I don’t understand how you punish a customer for a mess up on the store / drivers end. ♀️
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

As per usual, when my order arrived there was missing items. Manager said they would deliver missing item, an hour later still no delivery. I would add photos but hard to take pics of NOTHING. I have deleted their app and will NEVER give them another cent. They will take your money but you don’t get what you paid for. Isn’t that considered theft/stealing?

Our family decided to try the pizza that went viral on social media. My fiance loves to try new concepts, especially if it sounds and looks appetizing.
For this particular pizza, the viral pizza is “pizza with extra garlic Parmesan sauce instead of tomato sauce, extra cheese, Cheddar cheese blend, Philly cheesesteak, and bacon”. However, we did remove the bacon (we do not eat pork).
On sight, the pizza looks delicious and smells great. After tasting a slice of it, I was not amazed, but it wasn’t bad. The after taste from the garlic parmesan sauce is too tangy and a bit off for me.
So I’m not knocking the pizza but I am knocking the sauce. I don’t mind trying other sauce toppings but for this one, I say stick with the tomato sauce, or if they have another substitute it that you like to use.
So I give it a 3, not because it didn’t look good or smell good, it was/is simply because of the after-taste of the sauce which takes away from the experience.

Waited nearly two hours for the pizza. Was marked as “delivered” long before it made it to my house. Manager was extremely rude and hung up on me. Once I received the pizza it was cold and the quality was horrible. Very poor management at this location.

A call to the local Pizza Hut, disappointed once again: “We’re out of wings.” Again. This was the second call.
First, the telephone staff member who answered the phone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. So, it’s needless to say that the customer service here is amazing. They really pay attention to product quality! The mango habanero wings were robust but not overpowering. A great balance between sweet and heat. We also ordered the marble cookie brownies. They were perfection! (See attached pictures) Our expectations were not only met, buy exceeded!!!
*Side note the wings were ordered with the request to cook in the oven twice. Our preference was for a crispy wing.

So a few weeks ago i ordered well i was told it was on its way i ordered at 9pm order didnt arrive til well after 1:00 am! When it arrived my order was missing half and what i did recieve was horrible! I was told by the delivery driver that so called manager was messing up the orders and head manager had to come in . Mind u during the time period i had called 4 diff times 20 – 45 mins apart and they never told me anything couldnt even tell me where my order was . They just marked it delivered!
Well my kids asked for it again tonight ordered around 7:30 my order tracker once again said delivered but it wasnt so i called the store n they said just give it a few minutes. Luckily the driver did show up but lord if i have to call and track down my order yall need new managers ! I have to say the drivers i have dealt with are better mannered than anyone else there !

Took the driver over 45 minutes to drive less than 1 Mile like he sat at the store with my food for good 15 to 20 minutes and then he got on his way
