When I come across a business with good customer service, I feel like I need to share it. I ordered pizza online for the family tonight, and after I ordered I reviewed the email confirmation and realized that I made a mistake. By the time I saw it and called the store, my pizza was already in the oven. They ended up making me another pizza, the way I meant to order it, even though it was my mistake. So I appreciate them taking care of me and we enjoyed the pizza.

I ordered a pizza at 10 pm tonight. It’s now midnight and I still don’t have my pizzas. I have explicit instructions on the order how to get to my house. We waited outside and the driver didn’t arrive. He pulled down our driveway turned around and left without even trying to completing the delivery. We called the store and they said they’d remake it and reissue it. My husband waited at the road saw the driver. He flagged him down and he turned around and left our neighborhood again with again not completing the delivery intentionally and deliberately. I will be calling management in the morning but I am terribly disappointed and have to say this is probably the worst customer service I’ve received. Talk to you tomorrow.

Store sold me 4 pieces of chicken and 4 breadcrumbs, didn’t put any garlic oil on my cheesy bread and the proportions are all off. There isn’t cheese on most of the bread. The coke I had ordered was shaken up.

We are 4 minutes away from our local Domino’s,. Our delivery app said it was in the neighborhood for delivery…yet it still took an additional 15 mins to deliver. Thank goodness for microwaves. Overall after heating it. It was actually a good pizza… we ordered a large extravaganza pizza , no olives add jalapeños on a thin crust. The delivery fee was 6.00

Received incorrect order, while they did fix the mistake and deliver the correct order, they went ahead and charged another 8 dollars the following day. This wasn’t a tip added on because I had tipped online already. Do not recommend .

Oh my goodness, I ordered medium meatlovers pizza, and it was delicious. Wanted a dessert, so I ordered the cinnamon twist. They were so good the bread was hot, soft, and delicious. It blew me and my son’s mind how good they were. They were super nice workers working that day. I placed my order at the window and then parked in the parking lot. The worker brought the food to the car. I really appreciated it. Pizza tastes really good here. I would definitely say ingredients are better than pizza hut.
