This was my very first time ordering from Domino’s. It was also my last time. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered on-line. Arrived and was not acknowledged for about 15 minutes. Another customer arrived, asked how long I’d been waiting. I told her, she told me she hadn’t been able to order on-line and no one was answering the phone. Finally, she asked if someone would acknowledge us and give us service. A female employee who was working saw her and said, “We are busy and will get to you.” Both the lady and I looked at each other, shocked at the tone this employee used with us, the customers. As the woman was about to leave, that female employee very rudely and sarcastically yelled, “HAVE A NICE DAY!” The manager was listening to the customers complaint and the female repeated, “HAVE A NICE DAY, rudely. The manager told her “That was uncalled for and that he was taking care of it and no one needs her yelling.” The female made a few other unnecessary comments under her breath. That’s when I decided I no longer wanted my order. Shortly thereafter, a cashier asked me if I was ordering or had an on-line order? I told her, “On-line, but I wanted to cancel my order.” She helped me and returned my order to the rude employee who took it and with a “I don’t give a care, not my money” attitude, threw it in the garbage. I complained to the manager who informed me he didn’t need to tell me how he would deal with it, after I told him her Attitude was why I canceled my order and I left, went across the street to Pizza Hut and waited while they prepared my order. This was the worst!!!!!

It had been a while since we last ordered delivery from Domino’s, and this pizza was fantastic!
We got a 12″ Hand-Tossed Ultimate Pepperoni with light sauce and banana peppers. The crust was perfectly crisp outside, soft inside, and the toppings were cooked just right. Moist but not greasy—exactly how we like it.
The delivery was excellent too! The driver arrived early, found our house with no trouble, and had a friendly attitude. Great food and great service: highly recommend! We’ll order again anytime!

I ordered 17 pizzas for a Christmas Preschool party a week in advance and confirmed the day before the party. I was assured they would be ready to go by 10:45. I had someone there to pick them up, but they wasn’t ready. An hour later they said they was ready. They not only dropped the ball on the order they did nothing to try to fix this. I expressed how upset I was, but they just said we can start cooking them now. I would not tell anyone to use this dominos. Horrible service. Deridder LA.

Domino’s is super convenient, especially with their app. It’s easy to use and I like that you earn points toward free pizza. My orders are usually ready fast and the service has been consistently good.

On the way home the wife ask me to pick up pizza today. I did, from the time mobile order was placed till I pulled into the pickup window was 20 minutes. 2 cars were in front of me. After 12 minutes the first one left without ever being helped. The next vehicle waited 22 minutes. I would have left the line but was blocked in. By the time I got my pizza was 49 minutes. Pizza was cold and rubbery by the time I got home to try it. Worst experience I’ve had here in years. I dropped my review from 5 stars to 1. The gentleman in the line wouldn’t even discuss the delay.

The food is fine but whoever was working drive thru tonight had the WORST customer service. Short and snappy, there were 3 cars ahead of us still not paying and we were told to go back around because we needed a minute to order. Once we got to the window and paid the bag was basically tossed into my hands and the girl had a horrible attitude. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

I think i’m gonna cancel my order for tomorrow. I ate the philly cheesesteak for lunch at 11, and the contents of it are in my sink right now at 8pm. Please check the quality of your ingredients I have to sip water for the rest of the night now.

I’ve had Domino’s pizza from various locations across the country, and I can confidently say that my local Domino’s stands far above the rest. The service here is consistently fast, my orders are always accurate, and the food quality is noticeably better than other Domino’s I’ve experienced in different parts of America.
Whether it’s a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend treat, this location never disappoints. If every Domino’s operated like this one, the whole chain would have an even better reputation!
