I ordered delivery, when the pizza got here is was burnt. So I called them asking how could you put a burnt pizza in a box out for delivery. I was informed they were busy that I couldn’t get another one but she would give me a credit. Yeah I got a credit alright. Woke up with another charge on my debit card this morning. Last night order was $30 and this morning another $44 was taken out.

I initially have 2, but then I remembered there is this sweet girl that works there and had the most beautiful hands I’ve ever seen like a baby doll.. but my reason for a low rating, is that this is my 4th complaint. Just a few days ago, I only ordered the lava cake for my daughter.. it was ROCK HARD!! I tried calling and keep getting the busy signal so we decided to call the next day.. I’m only giving 3 stars and that is because of the manager Dillion. I ordered online a large beef and a large build your own supreme and it was delivered. I received a large supreme build your own and a pepperoni. So I called up there and told them I didn’t receive the beef. They remade it and redelivered it. Once again it was wrong. They delivered a meatzza pizza. So I called up there again this time talked to Dillon and she got the order correct and we finally got the right one brought to us. If it wasn’t for her I would not go back I have never had this kind of mess up in the 4 years we’ve ordered from there. Thank you so much for taking care of my husband and I because of health issues my husband can’t eat allot of stuff that’s spicy. Great customer service Dillon I will make sure and ask for you from now on. God bless.

Let me start by saying we haven’t ordered from this Dominoes in a long time because of major issues we had in the past- about their estimated time for food being done well over an hour past and they had a terrible attitude about it as well. Well we put in an order over the phone and when we went to pick it up, they said they were closed (at 630) and had no orders for anyone. We will absolutely never be returning and will tell everyone we know to avoid this location like the plague. Unacceptable.

I have been using this Domino’s for over 5 years and I love them! They rarely make a mistake and when they do, they always make it right. Never had a problem. Richard is my favorite delivery person! He is awesome!
We order on the app, it is so easy and they always have good coupons. We also enjoy the rewards program. We earn lots of free pizzas.
