I ordered online and my total was $40.28 I decided to round it off to the nearest dollar to keep my total in an EVEN $41 with the intention of tipping the driver in cash. The driver however wanted to take it upon himself and make a smart comment about keeping the 72 cents instead of bothering to tip. Very rude and in all honesty ruined my appetite.

Present: Months later, Im back. This it has took over nearly two hours for my food. I was told they behind due to staff shortage. However, that could have at least been communicated. I’m understanding. I have worked in the delivery business but to just leave your customer hanging with no signal is crazy. Also, this could have corrected with a discount or something. Nothing. The manager just dismissed it.

Normally i disregard the rude staff because my order is usually right, i see why they have 3.8 stars and multiple complaints about their service. I ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas for my kids and mother and my mother couldnt chew it… im assuming they made it thin crust but it was more like no sauce and crunchy which isnt what i ordered. I call to confirm that i did order hand tossed and was offered to get it replaced which is what i wanted. Once i asked if it was going to be made correctly and not as it is right now because i have ti drive 15 minutes out, the manager started being very disrespectful with no regards to their mess up. I placed an order using my Dominos App. Overall time was about 20 mins from the time I placed the order and the time I picked the order up at which time the order was ready.
