Let me say once you try Dominies in Raceland it will change the way you see the fast food chain. And make it difficult to eat at any other location. Caleb the general manager really knows how to run the store. His passion shines so bright & his work ethic is hard not to notice. The pizza is always delicious & so fresh & tasty. They are always great. SUPER friendly. I can’t stress this enough! Food is also good. Every once in a while a pizza could’ve went through again because it’s soggy but it’s very rare it happens. 98% of the time it’s some of the best chain pizza you’ll get.

Odered and paid for my order on line .after waiting 20+ minutes the online tracker still showed the order was still in prep phase. Thinking there was some sort Of error, I went into the to check on my oder.I was told
They did not even begin to prep my oder.There were 8-10 employees in store including a manager.They were extermely overstaffed with most of The employeees were too busy dicussing the recipe for Thanksgiving green bean casserole to even care about customer service. Management and staff appeared to poorly trained.Better coummioncation and supervision are desperately needed.
This will be my last visit here since the same thing happened on most of my last visits . Food quality and service are very inconsistent.

I’m not sure who the man is, but he is the nicest person I’ve met at dominos for the pickup window. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with the pick up window employees being rude and snotty. As for as the food goes; it’s dominos pizza. You either like it or you don’t, but the employees attitudes will either keep you coming back for more or just saying, what rude people work here! Which means you probably won’t be back.
