Got two pizzas and one cheese bread. One pizza was perfect. The other which was mine had so much sauce it was soggy only two pieces were able to be eaten. The rest had so much sauce and barely any cheese. Then Instead I went to eat the bread and the dough was raw. I’m just very angry. I spent 40 dollars for one pizza basically since the other two items couldn’t even be eaten. Was only offered a coupon for my next order but no I’m not ordering from this location again. Very unhappy.

Let me say once you try Dominies in Raceland it will change the way you see the fast food chain. And make it difficult to eat at any other location. Caleb the general manager really knows how to run the store. His passion shines so bright & his work ethic is hard not to notice. The pizza is always delicious & so fresh & tasty. It is Sunday night at 9pm, I had an issue with ordering on line, I tried calling no answer so I drove over. No one would come to the window so I finally knocked on the window. A nice gentleman came to the window so I explained what happened. I asked if I could order, was i loud probably because there was a female employee yelling we are only 2 people in here & we aren’t answering the phones & being very rude. I placed my order & she is complaining about all the orders and how she was gonna turn off ordering & rude people coming up to the window and that is when I said your are being very rude & ugly & she’s says I’m not talking to you & we continued to have words. I told her if she was not happy with her job she should find another one. This behavior is beyond unacceptable. We purchase from your store multiple times a month & I’ve always had a great experience but I’m not sure I want to even go back & pick up my order.

The food and service is usually really good here. I’m not sure what was going on tonight though. It took 2 & a half hours for my food, online it said only 50-60 minutes. When we finally got it, the pizza edges were burnt and the food was just a little warm. I really hope this is only a one time thing!!!
