I switched to this location a couple years ago, even though it is a little further away than another location, because it was so nice and clean and the staff was great. I don’t know what happened, but it has declined and I think I am giving up on this location. For the second time in a row, my order today was completely wrong. Out of the four pizzas I got, only 1 had the correct crust. Only one pizza was supposed to have light sauce, but I’m not sure why I bothered ordering that, because all four pizzas had hardly any sauce on them. At least this time they got the toppings correct and we didn’t get a mystery pizza like last time. But with the exception of one pizza, they were pretty stingy with the toppings, especially the hawaiian pizza that barely had a few slivers of pineapple on it. Guess I’ll be going back to our original location to see if it’s any better.

I’m not normally one to do online reviews, but i’m about done with this dominoes location. Everytime i order my pizza there, i always get either pepperoni and hot sauce or just the buffalo chicken pizza. I’ve ordered countless times and almost everytime they never add the hot sauce on it. I’ve had it on the pizza maybe 2-3 times out of the hundreds i’ve ordered from them. I hate to leave this type of review but honestly? i’m tired of it. 1-2 times every so often i can understand. but it’s almost everytime i order with hot sauce its never on the pizza when i get it. It’s to the point to where i have to keep a bottle stacked at the house just incase my pizza doesnt have it.

My complaint with Domino’s is I took out my pizza. It was very good. But I was charged 13. And some change for a small pizza that only had Pineapple and Mushrooms. No meat and that was my choice! Those prices are ridiculous.

They over charged me at the pickup window. My online order total was around $15. They didn’t give me a receipt. The amount that was presented to my bank was over $43. When I called, they told me they can’t issue refunds and I have to dispute with my bank. Wouldn’t/ couldn’t contact anyone above the scheduled manager (strongly doubt I even spoke to a manager the second time I called). Did receive a corporate customer service number. So far they have not been any better. Troubling and frustrating experience all around. Not sure I’ll be able to ever give them my business and I hope others trust this decision and follow suit.
