I dont know what happened to that store. Tonight I was 1 of 6 people waiting for a remake. They were running late on every order. I sat and waited for a remake for 30 minutes. It had to be remade twice. The staff should be restrained immediately. Domino’s DO BETTER!

I placed an order for delivery, and this is what they sent. No taste / it was just overcooked, I never had this issue before and the manager told me that they couldn’t do anything about it – I don’t know what she is going through but she needs to learn some customer service skills – she resent the order- because I asked her if they were going to do something about at first she told me no- that if they sent another order the order was going to look the same. She was so rude- she hanged up on me. Baby that’s not the job you need. I don’t even see the pepperoni/ ♀️

It is not the first time we have bought this establishment and the people there are racist, when we ask them something they ignore us, today they did the same. Just because we are white or I don’t know. They should train their employees better, because we are buying, we are not asking for gifts. Or if you don’t want to work in customer service, better not work. It happened right now at 1:15 pm.

I have gotten into a routine of curbside pick up, but recently that’s been sub standard, and I really didn’t feel like leaving the house. So we did delivery. It took 90 minutes to get our pizzas. The tracker said it was in “quality check” at 7pm, it didn’t leave the restaurant until 7:40. You can track the driver and he taking a while, dropping off other pizzas, but when it appeared he was coming to us he went back to the restaurant! We called multiple times to se what was going on, they never answered. So at around 8:10 we decided to just get it ourselves. But then there was movement, the pizza was finally on the way! It got to us at 8:20! They were room temp, clearly sitting in the box for over an hour.
I tried to warm mine up but it tasted like day old pizza. I will never use this Domino’s again.

Ordered two times in last 30 days. Both times 2 liter of soda had been opened. Plastic ring already broke. Soda missing. This weekend a small partially breaded chicken bone with a long black curly hair stuck to it was in the ultimate cheese pizza add pepperoni. One of the kids found it in his slice. Called the store. The manager seemed to care, but quality check clearly wasn’t done. Won’t order from there again. So disappointing with horrible practices.

Be cautious if ordering via online. My husband placed an online order, they advised that the order was ready and when he arrived, they had already given our order to another customer. They remade the order while he waited and added an order of Lava Cakes for the inconvenience.

Finally a dominos in the area that gets it right!!! My well done pizza was actually cooked well done… the sauce isn’t to overpowering and the crust is crispy and flavorful! This location will forever have my business! Worth the drive since we’re right out of the delivery zone! I promise you won’t be mad for giving this location a chance!!
