Horrible experience for the second time. The first time they didn’t make pizza correctly. Tonight, I ordered ahead with a two hour pickup. I got text that pizzas were done and I get up there to find out the pizzas were not even made. I asked to speak with manager, he was too busy making pizzas to even care. I went to him and told him about the issue and he didn’t care at all. I asked if he could just deliver it since I lived on the street right next door, but he said it would be 1.5 hours before he would even get to send someone to my house. No cares in the world and only have tried this place two times and both times were disappointing. No customer service or even a sorry that we messed this up.

UPDATE: it’s been 5 years since I wrote this post and yet every single time I order the habernero sandwich, there’s NO sauce on it. It keeps happening. This time when I asked the worker to put sauce on it- he snatched it out my hand… put sauce on it, gave it back to me… and I say thank u even though he was rude as hell.. and he didn’t say a word back. The sandwich was also not put together well at all. I added a new picture. I could have given him the same energy he was putting out but I didn’t. He must not like his job or people, who knows!!! It’s just sad that they can’t remember to put sauce on a sandwich which is included in the recipe. The rude worker just topped it off! So here I am writing another post to let everyone know that orders that sandwich- check first to make sure you have sauce on your sandwich!!! Bc you probably don’t!
OLD POST: Everytime I order a chicken habernero sandwich, it literally NEVER HAS ANY HABERNERO SAUCE. That’s what makes the sandwich. Ridiculous. They need to learn how to make their receipes the right way. The crust on the pizza doesn’t have the buttery sauce either. If it happened once or twice, no biggie but really it’s all the time!!!

50/50 chance your order will be correct and food will taste good. Expect 30-45 minutes on carryout. Even if it’s one pizza. Employees have a hard time keeping track of orders. Received my jalapeños like it was a drug deal and one of my pizzas appears to have been juggled. I keep telling myself to stop buying dominos and order Pizza Hut. This was their last chance.
In addition to this, almost 30 minutes after the delivery, I am trying to “report an issue” on the app and “You’ll be able to report an issue shortly after your delivery leaves your Domino’s store. Click the link below to track your order.” Great. So you can’t even report that the store is not operating as it should.

I’ve only been here twice, both post hurricane Ida. The staff seem nice. My first pickup order went smoothly. The pizzas were good and actually cooked. The second time I came they were missing one of the two pizzas I ordered. They said they would make it after they cleared their order queue. Which seems strange to me since I entered the queue before the people on the board.
The inside is relatively clean. No one was wearing masks, but I think it’s Dominos policy not to wear masks. No one seemed sick either though.
