I just had the worst experience ever dealing with this branch of Dominoes. I placed an order and waited 45 minutes and it never showed up. When I contacted the store, Elizabeth told me that my pizza would be remade immediately and sent to me. She said that their driver ran out of gas on his delivery so they were behind. I waited another 45 minutes for my second pizza to show up. When I contacted the store again, Elizabeth told me that it was being delivered momentarily. I told her I no longer wanted the pizza and to please cancel my order. She assures me I will get my money back. The delivery driver did show up with the pizza and as we were sitting down to eat, Elizabeth called me and accused me of leaving a negative review on Google. In a very patronizing voice, she asked me “I canceled your order. What more did you expect me to do??” I assured her that I had not left a review. However, because of the poor service, and the unapologetic attitude of this employee, it warranted a poor review. Note To Elizabeth:: The review you accused me of leaving is the one that was left just prior to mine.

I love the quality of my food. fast service and my food is accurately made each time we order our special. Special thanks to Mr. Phil in delivery he’s so nice and polite even with my kids. He acknowledged and talked to them each delivery. John was our delivery guy today and he was very friendly as well. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work.

WORST DOMINOES EVER!!!! Not only were they rude to my husband when he came in on time before. But today was the cherry on top. I ordered the pizza at 6 o’clock! They didn’t call me till 8:30 to inform me their driver had an emergency and couldn’t deliver when I live not even two blocks from the store!!!!! And it just got delivered at 9:30!!! I’m fuming but I already paid for the pizza and they didn’t even offer a refund!

i’ve never had an experience like this at Domino’s. I normally go to Domino’s on David Drive in Metairie and they are an exceptional team. We have never had an issue. This particular dominoes not only kept pushing back the time to the point where my kids were starving, they also called and said that the driver had an emergency and they had to remake our pizza and then push back the time again and when I called to cancel myself so I can go feed my children. Staff has no business being in any food or service industry. Send bad pizza completely forgot to cut it and forgot how to treat a customer when they have a concern about spending their money on a product you do not guarantee.

Found a stick and dead fly in pizza we ordered June 10. When I called the employee asked if it had mushrooms and I said yes. He said when cleaning the mushrooms he had found some sticks but he thought he got them all

I had a pretty positive review before and recently ordered again but delivery this time I was waiting well over an hour the app said they were quality checking for over 20 minutes and then said the delivery guy first went to a house that was really far when I live a couple blocks away also got one of my pizzas wrong I don’t care how busy you are. You read a piece of paper and then make it I don’t know if 30 minutes or less is still a thing, but I definitely deserve that order for free

DISGUSTING. Undercooked dough. WAY Over-sauced. And not to mention the ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i had to call 3 times to place my order because the gentleman workout kepy hanging up the phone. And when i arrive to pick up my pizza i asked why i kept being hung up on she said “we’re real busy tonight”. But my pizza Was the ONLY PIZZA ON THE COUNTER.

Ordered some pizzas online an hour and a half before close and when i came to pick it up the 2 workers told me they cancelled it because they were closed. When i asked to get my money back they continuously said it was already sent back and should be in my account. When I showed them it wasn’t they backtracked and said “actually it takes a few days.” When I became skeptical they said we are closing and I needed to get out. They were both in a horrible mood apparently and wanted nothing to do with customers. 2 weeks later and many phone calls and I still haven’t got my $50 back. Very rude and condescending wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management and workers could not care less about you. 0 stars.
