Honestly was supprised to get virberly jumped on the second I walked in the door. Apparently I entered the drive thru the wrong way and he let me know the secons i walked thru the door. The GPS lead me in that way. The large and tall man with blond hair cutting pizza then told me I needed to move my truck from “his delivery driver’s spot and that they are so busy and i need to leave those spots for them” … they were not labeled and at the time there was no one parked there. the aggression that he meet me with walking in the door was compleatly un called for. I understand they are busy but it was unacceptable. I moved my truck and came back inside to retrieve my order. When I did a lady greater me instead and she was much kinder and said “welcome to domino’s how can I help you ” vs the above. Again I understand they are busy but I didn’t need to be attacked walking in the door like I was a misbehaving Child. Anyways. If you are ordering on a Friday night and picking up in person be aware.

Every time i come to this restaurant it’s always an issue. I called to tell them how i wanted my order. They said,” Oh, well not today we are too busy.” and then hung up. Even if they are busy, that’s not how to talk to a paying customer.

Excellent carry out experience; everyone in store was super polite despite what is probably a hellish Mardi Gras season and I was able to get in and out in literally less than half a minute. Pizzas were both perfect. 10/10 no notes, give these folks a raise!!

Long hair baked into my pizza, noticed it by choking on it already in my mouth. Called to report and the manager said I am only able to receive credit or refund if I come to the store to prove it, since no one there has long hair. I was checked out at the drive-up window by two women with long hair. Disgusting, stomach is turning.

I ALWAYS get consistently good pizza at this location ONLY!! I make a point to order from this location because it is the ONLY one in NOLA that knows how to make pizza perfectly. I order from Dominoes several times a week-i Am embarrassed I order so often! Kurt is a huge asset to Dominos Pizza and I pray he never leaves Lake Ave!!

Decided to give this location a 2nd chance. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the years. Subpar over-priced pizza with watered down sauce, minimal toppings and RUDE staff. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
