This is a great neighborhood location I’ve been hitting up for carryout a couple of times a year since moving to the area in 2019. My order is always ready within 15 minutes and I’ve never had any mistakes.

Perfect pizza just about every time!! Just watch out on paying for sauces/icing… The cost of those are outrageous and atleast twice they have been left at the store.

I had to use their stupid AI for ten minutes trying to order a pizza. And the ai can’t understand the word phosphor for the address. So after all that we had to connect to a human anyway.

We ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and received a red sauce pizza with Philly meat. No peppers, onions, or mushrooms, no white sauce or American cheese. In this economy when you set aside money to ‘treat yourself’ with a pizza and end up with a standard menu item being made so wrong, its extra disappointing. We’d have been more satisfied with pizza lunchables. I hate leaving low star reviews, but this wasn’t some special request… its a regular menu item, and we get to eat out less than once a month. The recipe is literally on google. Ive never worked at a pizza place and I’m positive I could have done better blindfolded.

I guess it would be more like 2.5 stars but I’m rounding up. It’s a below average dominoes at best, staff isn’t always the friendliest, and communication isn’t very good. Every once in a while these communication issues lead to an order being processed wrong, things like the wrong style of crust, topping missing, things like that. It’s a bit pricey for what it is, and average tasting pizza from a very average to slightly below average franchise location.

This was a carry out order. I opened the box in the car to find no beef and not well done. I went to get it fixed and the same pizza was put through the oven again and some ITALIAN SAUSAGES were put in a bowl and sent through the oven. The same pizza was given back to me like this. With no beef, burnt and these sausages thrown on top. My pizza should’ve been remade. Instead I got this. Not even any butter sauce in the crust.

So the made me sit there waiting for my order for over 15 minutes even though the store showed and so did the online app that it was completed. Then the realize that the other half of my order was not even started. So I could walk out with an order of bread sticks or wait 15 more minutes. I waited so that I had pizza but it should not be that hard. Also the manager so does not know how to properly wear a mask.
