Forgot both marinara cups, no email or text to say it was delivered or I would have gotten it sooner (delivered to my work). Pizza crust wasn’t seasoned and it looks days old already. Won’t even be using the coupons from the claim. Going in the trash.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and extra cheese and when it came it had no pepperoni on it. I called and the girl told me that I didnt put pepperoni on the pizza. I told her I did so forget it. I’ve ordered pizza before and have gotten wrong pizza but nothing is ever done. This is not a good place to order from.

I wouldn’t even give them a star at this point with their ridiculous AI order by phone and the lack of respectable management when the complaint is filed. AI dropped my order three times. THREE TIMES!!! Then, I down the store, of course they don’t have my order and I have to wait longer, the manager was a rude and inconsiderate person. She shrugs her shoulders and says “we have no control over it.” Just apologize, give me some extra goodies, and a human being for God’s sake. No, instead I get $5 off which gets soaked away by taxes. Never ordering or eating here again. I suggest everyone does the same

Very disappointed with our new dominoes pizza. I was very excited we got one but they are pathetic. Tastes good but their service sucks. First time I ordered I went in to pick it up and there were three people at the counter and no one even looked at me for five minutes. Then I decided a couple days later to order delivery. Excellent time but when I got it I could see why. They barely put anything on it. Toppings go on ALL of the pie, not just the middle! I’m spreading this around to other people. This is unacceptable.
Just seen a domino’s delivery driver last night 7/10/18 driving while on the phone. Very unsafe.
Ordered again 2 months later to see if things improved. Delt with much better staff this time. They were a little busy but actually acknowledged my presence. However, I ordered the pasta and there was large clumps of cottage-cheese-like substance and didn’t get the marinara sauce I ordered for the bread sticks which also had the large clumps in it. What the heck??? The pizza was better though except if you looked at the individual slices you’d think it was a half and half because some of the slices had all the ingredients and there were a couple slices void of certain ones. Are they doing this on purpose? Don’t be afraid to take a few extra seconds to even it out guys. I would say things are improving but still keeping it at one star.

I thought the containers felt light. If not empty. They were half full and had little to no sauce on them. Plain, dry, pasta.

It’s hard to get an order from this place without something being messed up. Didn’t think it would be hard for someone to mess up a cheesy bread with spinach and feta, but domino’s take the gold in doing just that. Instead of said cheesy bread with spinach and feta, it was plain cheesy bread with nothing else on it. As you can tell in the picture, box says spinach but I don’t see any

Running a special that they give you a free dessert with a $10 purchase. We ordered 2 sandwiches and asked for extra ham and extra banana peppers. We did not get the sandwiches made that way. We also were charged for our dessert. When I called the store I had to talk to 3 different people and the last person said he was the general manager and he did make our sandwiches right and no we don’t get a credit for our dessert because they were not ordered on line. They don’t give you an option to add to the sandwiches I explained to him and he hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional for a so called “General manager”
