I ordered the Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich today. I’ve never had it before from Domino’s and I was blown away. It was absolutely amazing. It tasted great, the bread was toasted just right, and the vegetables were sautéed just right. I definitely give it 5 stars including to the delivery driver as the sandwich was still nice and hot. Overall AWESOME JOB!!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas and garlic knots. One item I ordered for my pizza was out and at no point during me picking up did they inform me of this. The manager offered to make a note on my “file” to get the correct pizza at the same price later. The pizza wasn’t on sale to begin with. What a joke

Very poor costumer service i order some pizza to be delivered to my home. They told me 35 minutes an hour past by nothing. I called back their answer was they try calling that they placed order as carry out. On top of that they charge my twice and never got my pizza never order there anymore!

I was wondering how my pizza was ready so quickly… it wasn’t cooked.
I noticed that the normally dark and crispy pan crust was barely browned at all and not crispy at all. It was soft and almost white.
The veggies were still crunchy and raw… seriously, not cooked AT ALL! I like my toppings, especially veggies, cooked!
I thought I was chewing on gooey, melted cheese. Two slices in, I realized that it wasn’t.
It was undercooked dough.
SO gross!
I wasted my $$$!
I totally understand that a pizza company like domino’s gets extremely busy on a Saturday night, especially during college football season. There were at least 15 employees in that tiny building so I knew they were preparing for a crazy night. The thing is, they cut corners to get food out faster. In this case, they only cooked my pizza (my guess) about half of the acceptable time and it came out almost raw. That’s probably the worst way to save time. I’m extremely disappointed in Domino’s because it was my favorite pizza place. I can’t say that now.

I ordered online for delivery in grand island nebraska and I had a big bill. I called the store and talked to someone and told them I had a big bill and that was all I had. The person said that was okay that they would make sure the delivery driver had change. The delivery driver got here and I went to pay and the delivery driver said that they didn’t have enough change. I said that was all I had. The food had to be sent back. I called the store again and told them that I had called before and told someone that all I had was a big bill and I was told okay. I was told again that they would get the driver change and send the food back. Instead I received an email that my order was canceled. I do not appreciate not getting my order when I was told twice that it was okay to have a big bill. My uncle then called down there after our order was canceled and said he would pick it up and that all he had was a big bill. He was told that he would have to break down the big bill. I will not order from here again .

I ordered once from store for delivery it was good i got the 2 large pizza deal for delivery that order was good now my issue comes when I attempt to make a second order for today for carryout on same deal that domino’s decided to make carry out only on so I said no big deal I can go pick it up so when I try to place the online order it never let’s me place it I tried doing card I tried only cash option even though im using card only I tried all payment options nothing so I gave up and said to myself well I guess there online website is broken

Usually we don’t have problems but tonight we got some food delivered from there and I was not impressed at all this is how one of our pizzas got here it was all smashed to the side of the box and it looked like half the pizza didn’t even have toppings on it I called about it and they replaced the pizza but took the smashed pizza back to the store and traded us for the new pizza I’ve never had a pizza place take the messed up pizza back before? And didn’t even give us a coupon for next time or free 2 liter or anything for their mess up very unimpressed this time
