It’s 3 degrees outside this Saturday evening in Lincoln. Went to domino’s for a carryout order placed at 6:08 p.m. Roads here are snowy and slick. Figured I’d get dinner while I was out to avoid having to brave the cold and roads. Only to have to make another trip back to get MY ACTUAL ORDER. I watched them make it amungst their small talk and some what seemed to be down time, I ordered 2 items. A large extravaganzza and 16pc parm bites. Well after I had arrived home to kick my boots off after being out since 8 a.m. in the cold and unforgiving weather, I had to make a call. Open the box to see I had received a cheese pizza instead. You’d think 2 items on a ticket…..easy as hell. ….WRONG! When I had called I got told that I could bring it back or get in store credit, the gal I had on the phone didn’t even seem taken back by the fact it was their fault. Like it was almost a common occurrence there. How about the gas to get there and back? Did you think I wanted to come back and say Hi? Well I had them remake it and don’t worry. I checked and made sure it was right this time. Not going to make the same mistake twice. Not making a scene I waited and didn’t say a word. I just received a sorry about that. I’d say for the trip back and making it right they’d do something for ya but no, just got what I paid for. Now that I’m finally home. I’ll enjoy my hard earned pizza and cold parm bites that waited for me here while made the trip back for the right pizza. Thanks for the experience!

I placed an order online through the app. I usually order at the Saunders location near McDonald’s but my husband made the order, his pizza was fine, but mine there was a hole in the pizza where there’s like no cheese and no sauce so I called them. I told them the pizza was dry. It was just a Parmesan stuffed crust with extra cheese and extra sauce. I called the store the lady kinda gave me a hard time, but they offered to remake it and I brought back the old one that was fine so I went to pick up the new one same thing hole in the pizza and she said oh well we can’t control that and I’m like well. You guys need to figure out something because I’m so disappointed in this pizza I will never order from this place ever again. I’m very highly disappointed in dominoes at this location, if that keeps happening to their pizzas, then maybe they should get their ovens looked at. I ordered from the Saunders location all the time and never ever have a problem with my order. I order from a different location. I have a problem. I also asked for marinara sauce and she gave me a cup of marinara that flake prepackaged and I said no I wanted a cup of like the pizza sauce they use and she’s like well. We don’t even have cups to do that anymore, and I just kind of looked at her like that’s bullshit. I’m very disappointed not worth the $17.99 for that medium pizza. I definitely will not be going back to this one ever I will drive the extra distance because I moved to go to the Saunders one in Lincoln.

i LOVE dominos with my whole heart. i go to college 2 minutes away from this store and have gotten pizza here at least 10 times. whenever they have their deals or specials going on, it’s about $10 for a large pepperoni pizza, which you just can’t beat while being in college. just thinking about this is making me excited to get pizza here again!

We are regular customers at this Domino’s and usually have good experiences, which made today especially disappointing.
The app repeatedly showed the store as closed, even though it was open, so we had to order in person. Our order was made incorrectly—we ordered a Pacific Veggie pizza and received something different. Because we couldn’t order through the app, we also couldn’t use a coupon and ended up paying about $7 more than we should have.
The staff on duty didn’t seem able to help resolve the issue. The only solution offered was to remake the pizza, which wasn’t an option as we were also picking up an order for another family member (who ordered online, not through the app) that sat in the warmer for about 20 minutes while we waited for our pizza to be made and we didn’t want to wait any longer.
This experience was frustrating and not typical of this location. There is usually an older woman working there who is very friendly, remembers our name, and always has our order ready. Unfortunately, that level of service was missing today

Pizza was extremely greasy, to the point of being inedible. I had to throw the food away. I will NOT return!!!

Update…
…Forget about getting ahold of Corporate as they make it almost impossible to report a problem. Worst food, worst customer service!!! Never Again!!!

Final update…I was finally able to get ahold of corporate. I have yet to hear from the store or franchise owners. When the Franchise owner has little disregard for their food and service it’s probably time to order from somewhere else.

Order my food the day before to be ready at 4:30 app said it was ready and told its take an extra 5 for it be ready. expecting to get it on time I had to wait an extra 25 minutes to finally receive it while everyone who placed their order at the same time received theirs on time. Didn’t receive no price reduction or complementary extra food for their mistake. Then the one of my pizzas wasn’t even cut and I had to cut it once I got home.

Ordered from here a view times. Unfortunately everytime I order a delivery. They forget one thing or another. (Sauce, specific ingredients, etc etc). Being told you’re going to be credited for the next order based off the mistake of this order for the missing items doesn’t really sit well. Wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery. Just go in store and double check you got what you paid for.
