Didn’t start my order until well after my pickup time. I ended up waiting 30 minutes past the latest pickup time their website told me. It seems several other people had long waits too because one of the guys making the pizzas was standing around talking. The guy causing the delay had the most attitude when asked any questions. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the guy at the register was actually very nice and apologized a few times.

I usually dont write reviews but they really pissed me off. I ordered a pizza with two toppings, mushroom, and steak. When I picked up the pizza I opened the box and found that half the pizza had no cheese(literally just bread) and there was no mushrooms. When I went back to have them make me a new pizza, the worker appeared very annoyed at me. He then said they were out of mushrooms, which would’ve been nice to know before I ordered the pizza. When I asked if I could sub onions, the worker( in a very snooty tone) said “i guess”. He acted like i was the one inconveniencing him. My overall complaint isn’t that the pizza was even made wrong. It was the poor customer service and the attitude. The store was also disgusting, the workers weren’t wearing gloves and they were going from making pizzas to the cash register handling money. Some of the workers were even walking by eating the toppings.

Horrible customer service. I ordered items online. They called to tell me they were out of an item. They offered a $15 credit for a future purchase. Today I tried to redeem the $15. Get this, they can’t apply it to online orders. I either pay full price over the phone to use the $15 or use the deals online and never see my $15. #fail. I spoke with the store manager Joshua who said his hands were tied. He would not give me contact information for the store owner or “Tyler” who is above him. He said I could file a formal complaint but those go back to him. Got to love them punishing the customer for their continued shortcomings. #fail

I mean, it’s Domino’s Pizza, what is there to say about it? Mass produced pizzas, taste generally like all other locations. The food is good, hot, and filling, I always get what I ordered, and feeding large parties isn’t hard with cheap pizzas.

I want to start with the fact that we usually have a pleasant experience here. However tonight we got pizza where the crust tasted old. The cheese on both pizzas barely covered the pizza, an entire slice of one had no cheese and hardly any sauce. The second pizza was supposed to be half cheese and half pineapple, it had pineapples across the whole thing and my son wouldn’t eat it. The pizza itself tasted the worst it has since we’ve ordered from here.

The few sad, dry, and overcooked steak morsels that managed to survive the inferno were sparse and hardly recognizable. It was a pathetic excuse for a steak and cheese pizza. I felt cheated and betrayed by Domino’s, a brand that I used to trust.
I called the store to express my dissatisfaction, hoping they would rectify the situation. However, the customer service representative I spoke to seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged my complaint. I found pieces of wood in my pizza and called the store to talk to the manager and was told that the manager wouldn’t be in and to call tomorrow. Would be nice to hear back from the manager ASAP!! I’ve never had a bad experience with this store until now. Update the district manager contacted me for photos 12/19/2023 and nothing after that I wasn’t offered a refund or any type of gesture to make it right. The BBB informed me that the store is closed permanently or has moved which I don’t believe. They haven’t even responded to the complaint which lets me further know they truly don’t care.
