They also consistently make terrible pizza.
-little to no sauce at all
– little to no cheese
– burnt pizzas
Don’t bother selecting any extra sauce or cheese to remedy the situation b/c you will not get it.
Do not order from this location
2 thin crust pizzas
Neither of which was remotely crispy
The pizzas were cut in single bite servings… I have never seen anything like this. We were sitting down to eat when we received the notice that Trey was in our neighborhood to expect delivery soon.
Overall, this was a bad experience from Domino’s as I normally like their pizza, but this was an odd and poor execution.
First and foremost, the pizza arrived late. I understand that delays can happen, but when the delivery finally arrived, the pizza was already cold. That alone was disappointing, but little did I know that the worst was yet to come.
Upon opening the box, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench of charred dough. It was evident that the pizza had been severely overcooked, resulting in a blackened crust that was as hard as a rock. I could have used it as a frisbee! The cheese on top was no better, resembling a layer of melted plastic that had been left under a heat lamp for hours. It was inedible and tasted like burnt rubber.
Now, let’s talk about the supposed star of the show: the steak. Oh, wait, there was barely any steak to be found! The few sad, dry, and overcooked steak morsels that managed to survive the inferno were sparse and hardly recognizable. It was a pathetic excuse for a steak and cheese pizza. I felt cheated and betrayed by Domino’s, a brand that I used to trust.
I called the store to express my dissatisfaction, hoping they would rectify the situation. However, the customer service representative I spoke to seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged my complaint. They offered a feeble apology and a coupon for a future order, as if I would ever subject myself to such a horrifying experience again.
Domino’s, you have let me down immensely. Your burnt steak and cheese pizza was a culinary catastrophe. The overcooked crust, rubbery cheese, and minuscule, tasteless steak made for a truly miserable dining experience. The lackluster customer service only added insult to injury.
I implore anyone considering ordering from Domino’s to think twice. If this charred disaster of a pizza is indicative of their quality, then it’s evident that they have lost their way. Save yourself the disappointment and find a more reliable pizzeria that won’t leave you feeling like you just ate a slab of burnt rubber on cardboard.
