I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm. It’d 825pm still nothing. I called at 757 said on way. I called back at 810. Told it was for pick up. If for pick up why ask me for my address??? It was for delivery. Unacceptable. It was just an ultimate pepperoni. The store is less than a mile away from me but I have had a few beers. Why delivery.

My family and I love Domino’s. We love to eat Domino’s often and they’ve never let us down with the quality and delivery time of the food. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. The pizzas always come fresh and warm and of course are very tasty. From time to time I’ve gone to the location for pick ups since they have amazing discounts when you do a pick up. Their facility is always clean and it seems clutter free and well organized. Their hours are very convenient and it fits our schedules perfectly. If we’re not eating pizza, we’re eating subs or pastas or salads. However the most common thread when we eat at Domino’s are the cookie dough brownies. They are by far the best dessert that is out there. If you haven’t gotten one of these with your pizza or pasta then I highly recommend you do so. I guarantee it will be an explosion of flavor ending in bliss.

Ordered delivery and asked for cheesy bacon jalapeño bread with no jalapeños, our order came and there were jalapeños all up in there, I called and asked if they could refund the bread or send a new one and they graciously offered to deliver a new one. I felt bad because the driver was an older gentleman and I didn’t want to have him come all the way back. We got our new cheese bread and I swear there were more jalapeños in the second cheese bread than the first. I’m not gonna call and ask for another one cause I don’t want more jalapeño cheese bread. Just beware if you ask for no jalapeños they’re gonna put extra

I went to this dominoes tonight, and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for my order, fine. No prob. But as I was waiting I noticed that not one person who was handling food, had gloves. Also noticed the cashier took payment on cash and then went straight to the dough and handled it without washing hands,also after she handled the dough she grabbed her phone out of her pocket to make a call. No point in-between did she stop to wash her hands. Isn’t it regulation to wear gloves and wash hands before handling raw food material. Also ordered a salad and it was 3 days expired.

Power went out in our neighborhood so ordered pizza for the family and it said it would take 28-38 mins to make the pizzas. After 40 mins I went to since the tracker said it was still prepping when I got there they said they ” just received a big order” after I placed mine so they put all other orders on the back burner to work on a big order? That’s usually not how customer service works but ok

I don’t know how else to report this but not an issue with the store just an issue with one of your drivers who tried to push me off the road cuz I wouldn’t speed for him while he was an inch from behind me way to close to the back of my car then swerved off to the other lane almost hitting me. 2nd time in a month I received subpar pasta primavera. First time they forgot the spinach and alfredo sauce so pasta was dry. This time I recieved a spoonful of alfredo sauce in one corner while the rest of the seemed like half order of pasta (barely covered the outer edges of the dish and empty in the middle) that was dry and burnt on some edges. Very disappointed with the quality control at this store.
