Thought Domino’s had made improvements, apparently not this location!!! Had a great order last weekend. The order arrived early and hot with all items perfect. This weekend complete opposite. Over 1.5 hours to receive a cold and poorly treated/prepared order that wasn’t edible. Buyer beware – I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again soon and if I do, it won’t be this location.

I was really disappointed the other day. I watched my tracker tell me that my pizza was ready at 6:00 and going into quality check. I then got another notification at 6:50 that my delivery driver was on the way. My pizza arrived at about 7:10ish. Completely cold. I was so disappointed. I called them to ask them if we could make it right. Lee took my information down to have Tyler call me back but they never did. They made me feel like a joke. I won’t be wasting my money at this location anymore. All you guys had to do was call back and make it right.

So the food was great, but I made the mistake of coming early and watching them actually make it. The person that made the pizza wasn’t wearing gloves (she handled the dough and toppings with bare hands). She also didn’t have her hair pulled back and I saw her several times wipe her hands on her clothes, then touch the food. Customer service was great, they were fast and accommodating.

This is the worst Domino’s location out there. Every time we order a pizza even when we put in our full address, they go deliver it to somewhere else. Called the manager to discuss this. She hung up on me. Her name is Erica. She told me she could not give us a refund tonight that I had to call tomorrow even though she’s the manager. Guess we’ll be ordering from Papa John’s from now on.

Called and they had a long wait time. Employee was polite but they had a long queue (1 hour wait) just to pick up. This was on a Saturday evening.

I will never order from this location again. I ordered online for delivery, it was very late, and they tried to tell me I still owed $29 even though I paid in full online and had the receipt to prove it. The female manager was incredibly rude, and I have never experienced this poor of customer service in my life.

Ordered on the app and said it would be done between 18-28 minutes took 45. Then got in there and the lady at the front handed me part of my order (pizza) after looking at my receipt and didn’t say anything about not having pasta like I ordered because they ran out. She said it shouldn’t have let me order it on the app since they were out. Not to happy with the experience and her just hoping I wouldn’t realize I’m missing my pasta.
