Ordered spicy buffalo Mac and cheese and this is what I got. Did not eat any, barely any in there and it was delivered burnt and it’s regular not buffalo. I called and they said they don’t refund partial orders and won’t bring what I ordered. Only option was to come pick up the pizza my husband already started eating and the Mac n cheese for a refund! Horrible customer service and gross food.

Four times I have ordered out for delivery and all four times they have messed up. Their service is completely terrible. They don’t refund your money. They kept trying to send me coupons and just replace my order by sending it out and then even when they did send it out they still messed my order up do not order from this place.

This is the WORST domino’s pizza place we have gone in many states. Tried the app with curbside bring to car. After time had lapsed and already clicked button (call the manager). They did not know where the order was. So I went in. Worker by the name of BRENDA was going outside with my order. I stated that would be my order. With an attitude that would get many checked back to reality in a split second. She slung our food at me dropping all condiments in the entry way. Causing the sauce to be stepped on and splattered on a customer and the wall. One of the other workers came out ant laughed about it. Finally The manager Joel came out an apologize about the rudeness and incompetence of Brenda and the other employee. He canceled the order. Really was not a big deal any ways. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and the chicken wings were under cooked. On top of that the wings were just drizzled with the sauce. Not completely covered like other domino’s.

They delivered to the lobby of the motel i was staying in, never said a word that they would not deliver to my room! Had my phone number and email and seemed to not care any about contacting me and telling me my pizza was in the lobby for 20 plus minutes getting cold!!!!! Terrible customer service

I don’t know why I bother to try different Dominos in different parts of the country, no matter where I go the pizza is horrible. It is bland, thin, and skimpy on toppings. The pizza was free because of them messing up the last time, but being free didn’t make it taste any better. It’s sad because there was a time that Domino’s actually had good pizza. The stuffed cheese sticks are made three times better than the pizza is.

We got the wrong pizza one, but subsequently our wrong pizza showed up like this, we will never order from dominos again, and the fact that I paid for this product is an embarrassment upon myself. A PILE OF PIZZA SLICES?!?
When I called the store they acted as if nothing happened and that they can just provide a customer credit, as if I would even utilize said token for this embarrassment of an establishment.
I doubt the managers even care.
