Food is wonderful and it was still hot when I got it. The person that delivered my order was rude and even opened the box and almost pit her hand on my food. The delivery drivers need to make sure they put napkins in the bag so we don’t have to use our clothes as a napkin.

I called three different times to find out about my order. Different excuses every time. Took over an hour and a half to get my order and like I said I had to call three different times on the third time I canceled my order they said it was just coming out of the oven and would be there in 10 minutes. Took 25 minutes. The meal was free and I did tip the driver. It’s not his fault but I refuse to eat anything that takes so long to cook especially

This would be a 5 star review if it were not for the extremely rude manager, Ailey Dobbs. Not only has she been rude to me when I called and asked me “uh do you speak English?” but many reviews here show they have had the same treatment. Otherwise, I’d assume it was just her having a bad day. The food is the same quality as that in the bigger cities. The drivers have been wonderful and we have ordered probably about 15-20 times since they opened. I really think this store could benefit from providing better management training and performing checks and balances to make sure management is doing well, putting the manager though Liberal Lead, and promoting her to get a post secondary education with tuition assistance.

Gentleman at the DT window was friendly and verified that our order was only 2 minutes away from being boxed up. Food was prepared quickly and was HOT when we got it. He checked us out as our order was finished being prepared.
Ordering on line was a bit glitchy this time, where a it usually isn’t. Technological issue, not a human one.
Had only one small human issue, but the manager on duty was quick to make it right. Still our preferred go to pizza place here in Liberal.

I’m a long haul truck driver so I called the store Saturday and they were having problems with the network but the girls didn’t give up trying to get it to work. I told them I was going to be coming back that way and said I will stop and order a pizza and when I got close to the area I called the store and the same girls were working and they remember me and I said I would like to have one made and I’ll be there in about 15 minutes. Dakota and her crew had it ready for me when I got there. Thank you for doing a excellent job and I will be back there soon to get other one
