Drove 2 hrs to try new stuffed cheesy bread, upon arrival was told they had no dough, only thing available was thin crust, I’ve had thin crust at other pizza places, I considered going to little Caesars but ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and Italian sausage, loaded tots. Got back on hwy for my 2 hr drive. Grabbed a slice, took a bite, it was paper thin and hard as a rock, I was so disappointed and upset that I drove so far and absolutely hated it, tots we below average, I should have left and gone to little Caesars.

I would leave negative stars if I could. This is the 5th time I’ve ordered a pizza, been told it was delivered when it wasn’t, and no way to help or refund. They picked the phone up this last time and I was told they were sending another pizza out when the same thing happened. Order Pizza Hut.

I’ve been in a few times. The most recent was 1130 on a Sunday. Every table is always dirty. I’m sorry but there’s not been any customers inside since I got here and there’s no reason my table should be dirty. There’s also 0 atmosphere. In the evenings there’s a real fired up guy tossing dough who chats and jokes with the kids who watch in the kid watching zone. But aside from that no music no ambiance nothing aside from an annoying man yelling at mean to get the out the door times I’m looking for and that a pizza is ready in the oven. I don’t care. Foods great. Done quickly and always tastes amazing. But the rest of the store needs an uplift.

I placed a small order (two medium pizzas, an order of garlic knots, and a dessert) for a small group at 3:30 p.m., with delivery set to 4:30 p.m. At 4:45 p.m., I contacted the Hays Domino’s, where the worker who answered the phone said that delivery was running late, due to only having one driver, and that the driver just left with another order, so we would need to wait until he returned to pick up our order. After asking if a discount would be offered, seeing as time delivery time was set to 4:30 p.m., the attendant said she could offer a credit towards the next order, and I refused that (seeing as I likely won’t be ordering from Domino’s again since this is the second time I ordered and had a long delay for delivery). I again asked for a discount, and the attendant went quiet – dead air. I had to say, “Ma’am?” three times before she answered. However, she did hand the phone to the “manager” (Ryan) to take the call. I explained the situation (ordered online for a set time), order was now 20 minutes late, and asked for a discount. Like the first attendant, he offered future credit, which I again refused. After repeatedly having to ask him for a discount (as he said I was interrupting, but honestly, he just never would confirm he would offer a discount), he finally agreed – complicated as that was. After he cancelled the charge and recharged with the discount, the next thing he literally asked me was, “Do I have your permission to get off the phone to deliver your order?” which I found to be highly out of line for a manager. (Having worked in customer service before, I would have said something like, “Ma’am, I have canceled the original charge and processed the charge for $XX. Is there anything else I can do before we deliver your order?”) After getting off the phone, Ryan did deliver the order accurately at 5:07 p.m. When I asked if there was a receipt with the discounted charge to my card, as there was only the original receipt with the delivery, he said he could take a photo of the new one and email it to me (still have not received that receipt). Overall: Food was great. Service was horrible.

Snowed in after a literal blizzard in Hays, Kansas, where I was just supposed to stop for a quick one night stay on my way to Colorado. Little did I know, Mother Nature had other plans.
This is my third day here, and as many days with nothing significant to eat. I wasn’t sure anything would be open… I called Domino’s, and much to my delight, they were not only open, but delivering. I placed my order online, and anxiously awaited the arrival of my piping hot pizza!
I was not disappointed. The order was delivered hot, fresh, secure, and correct! Everything tasted so good! My dog especially enjoyed the pizza bones.
Wesley, the delivery driver, was courteous and kind and delivered my food with a smile on this snowy day.
I probably won’t pass this way again anytime soon, but you can bet that when I do, if I find myself needing pizza, I’ll give them a call. Thanks, you guys! What a lifesaver!

The two guys that were working tonight were amazing. Had some issues with the app and went in and they still took care of us. Even made sure to ask if the food was good and it was, got our pizza in like 10 minutes! Amazing job thanks guys

I watched seven employees in total ignore a ringing phone, three of which stood over the counter next to the phone chatting after helping a customer with a pickup continuing to ignore it.
Delivery driver didn’t deliver my order, and didn’t inform the restaurant nor myself as to why. I had to sit on hold for over an HOUR before deciding to personally come to the store and wait for them to remake my order while taking their sweet time. Quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, but the food is always good.
