⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GOLD STARS is what I rate the Dominos Pizza in Winfield!!!! They were prompt to answer the phone. Gavyn is who helped me. He is knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He is polite, kind, and courteous. The pizza was the best. The delivery person was kind and pleasant !!!!
We are now going to order Dominos always. The service was impeccable!!! Everyone should try it once I bet they would only order Dominos. Thank you for such great service!!

Usually don’t have problems. I placed an online pickup order to pick up, got to the store and they couldn’t find my order. After showing them the app tracker says it was ready they admitted to loosing my pizzas. They did offer to make it again, but I asked for it to be canceled, they agreed and I left. The next day I was charged $40 for the order. After talking to the day manager she said they were supposed to refund the money and add 2 free pizzas to my account…3 weeks and 4 phone calls later I’m still waiting for a refund! Haven’t ordered from there since.

Will charge you for the food. Then not refund your money with giving you said food. I have worked in fast food if you are having a problem with an order. Call your manager. To help you. Just a recommendation for future reference

Ordered pizza at 6:45 pm. I am a 5 minute drive away and dont have a vehicle cirrently. It took the driver an HOUR to deliver my pizza, which was cold. When i called to ask where my driver was,they weren’t able to give me a clear answer. I have had other friends who have had similar negative experiences with this location as well.

I went through the drive thru this evening. I ordered Baconator Fries, I get home to eat them, and it was literally burnt crumbs!!!! AND not much!!! I called to complain, she said “that’s how day shift makes them now” SMH terrible DEFINITELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND

I’ve eaten many pizzas from different places in my almost 70 years, and Dominos is the absolute best product and price wise. And the people at our store here in Winfield are the absolute greatest! I’ve only had one thing go wrong in 2 years here and it was taken care of pronto!! I highly recommend them.

Ordered 2 pizzas to carry out. Waited out in the parking lot and never left. They said they would call or text. Watched them bring an order out to another car right next to us. Waited almost an hour before having to go in to ask and them telling us our food was done yet nobody let us know. The food wasn’t even hot anymore. They also did not add the sauce we ordered

Food was good!!! They are new I will give some slack! When customer comes in do not forget them! Please, and do not forget the little things like icing???? Cinnamon sticks not good without icing 🙁 ….

For the first time ever as a customer, the food was fair at best. The Exxtravagza was not as pictured, quite less food than advertised. The crust was tasty as well as the limited sauce. The toppings were very sparse. I tried their new loaded tots and they were mediocre. They were very greasy but on the tasty side. The person taking the order was being distracted obviously. I had to sell their food to myself, she didn’t offer any suggestions. Probably not a return customer….
