Can’t remember dipping sauce to save a life. It never fails, every other order they forget it. And what’s with the slices breaking off. Is it too thin in the middle or not cut all the way though? Pizza came today and the box was smashed in with cheese stuck to the top of the box.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak with extra cheesesteak and bacon pizza for pick up. There was bacon and NO cheesesteak. I had to drive the pizza back if I wanted a replacement. Living 25 minutes away I didn’t want to drive back. So I paid for something I didn’t get and I’m NOT impressed. Won’t be back. To expensive for that kind of service

I’m at a total loss with this place. They are consistent with one thing, and one thing only…their inconsistency. One out of five times is the average for getting the sauce cups you pay for, I would also guess that the “extra sauce” instructions look almost identical to the “lite sauce” option since there is never any sauce on a pizza ordered from this store. I have attached a picture of what “extra sauce” looks like at this location

Sub-Par food, lousy service, and food. I went in to have an order fixed when covid was at its height. The guy fixing our pizza did Not have gloves on and could see the dirt under his un- trimmed nails. Would NOT recommend.

We called in a pizza order and told them that we wanted red pepper and Parmesan cheese when the person delivered our pizza. We live just south of the river in the country, the pizza gets delivered and guess what no peppers and no cheese . The delivery guy drove all the way back and brought us some but by then the pizza was cold . I’m done with that place if that is how they want to treat their customers and their deliveries . That poor driver did not deserve that when they was told we wanted them . The manager ought to give the driver extra pay for their mess up.
