Usually I’m happy with everything. I mean I get what I order, it’s hot (usually), delivery usually pretty speedy. So not too much to complain about regularly. I guess we just get comfortable in these times, and as long as it meets the thr minimal norm we don’t give it a second thought. This time however was pretty disappointing to the point of I should have went to Pizza hut for the sandwich. I’m extremely disappointed and have to say this was the least amount of effort ever put forth to make a sandwich. The bread was barely toasted and the amount of meat was pathetic (ham) and the cheese was barely a sprinkle. So this time dominos your cooks bombed the order. I should’ve called and addressed it last night, but our delivery driver saved it and made the entire experience a hilarious encounter.

I have been ordering from this place for years and years. I would say there was a solid 5 year span where Dominos never disappointed. The price was fair, delivery was fast and the orders showed up correct. The past couple of years, however, have been really testing as a customer. This has to be the 4th time I’ve ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it’s shown up incorrect. This time there’s no onions and NO HOT SAUCE on the BUFFALO chicken pizza. There is an abundance of cheese and large strips of chicken that weren’t cut. I received a very cheesy chicken pizza. This is not what I ordered, or what I paid for.
Update: Placed another order for the same pizza and a dessert. I was brought a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Called the store, third pizza is on the way apparently. Still waiting for the pizza I ordered at noon to arrive. At this point not sure I still want the pizza, but I am desperately hungry.
Should I have checked the pizza boxes before accepting the order? Absolutely. I, however, had customers in the store and placed my good faith in the employees who I regularly tip 35%. I doubt the third pizza shows up correctly, if it even shows up at all. At this point I’m too hungry to care and have settled for grabbing food from Great Wall next door. If the pizza shows up that’s great, if it doesn’t oh well.

Not a fan that they put minimum prices on delivery options. I don’t want to order extra pizzas that we won’t eat just to have it delivered. Ended up not ordering and just ordered Pizza Hut off DoorDash for much cheaper. So disappointed as Dominoes is my favorite!!!

Got the free emergency pizza but to make it any good you have to add things to make it palatable. Decided to order a pasta dish,too. DONT DO IT! There is enough to feed a toddler for over 7.00.We will never be back.

The “pepperoni” pizza wasn’t bad. They made it pretty fast. So fast they must have forgot the rest of the pepperoni’s. Is putting 20 instead of 10 on a large pizza too much to ask for? Will dominoes bankrupt because of some pepperoni’s? Well we won’t be back.

I would NEVER order a pizza form this location! Seer the reviews already posted. This outlet is in a small strip mall with a vary popular and busy franchise next door. The delivery employees of this Domino’s park their vehicles in the spaces directly in front of the store, blocking customers of the other strip stores. When confronted of this (twice) they are very rude and obnoxious, which to me explains the quality of their product. I NEVER see any customers in this Domino’s, NO SURPRISE! The 18 wheeler also blocks a large part of the parking lot for deliveries , and is rude. VERY consistent poor management!

Service is key. The pizza could be better, but its baked in a roller oven so four stars is generous. It will get buy in a pinch when you need a pizz now, lol.
